It's a part of the click-first era. I don't know what this anon guy is, I don't endorse or even care to figure out. I only accept things I can factually see with my own two eyes, anonymous-esque groups are by definition hidden and thus their agenda is unverifiable.

 

So reading up on it, it's beyond kooky. You basically have this interweb loser postulating a bunch of theories, and with the broken clock fallacy, we're all aware even the craziest person could do this. From the vantage point of the few things he got right, they extrapolate that to believe a bunch of other crap that's incorrect but they don't let evidence sway them.

Have had some time to look into this Q thing. It's the next stage of LW/Complex Fake News hoax to deflect and discredit real inquiry into criminality in the security agencies and the Obama Administration. "Muhrussia" is flopping big time, so they need a new narrative/label. Here's how it works.

1. Take a 4chan government conspiracy theme. There are dozens, if not hundreds of those at any given time. Many of those, if not most, are LARPS and trolling, usually masterful trolling, but trolling nonetheless.
2. "Spot" .0X% of attendees at an opposition event displaying it. If none are there, astroturf some. Omit an actual COUNT of HOW MANY were there. Could be 2 or 3 or a dozen out of 10,000 inside and another 10k outside for all we know.
3. Blanket MSM and the net with the "far right conspiracy theory" that is "taking over" the Republican Party. In support of the canard, have shills such as the CTR/Shareblue/mediamatters/Public Union PR LW shills who post several threads a day here and elsewhere spread it.
4. Don't believe the above? See for yourself. Google it. Note that near every LW sewer pipe/MSM source is pushing this -at the same time-. Note the absence of nonleft sources talking about it at all, not because they are trying to hide something, but because... it was fabricated wholesale by the Left-Complex MSM and there is no retort to something that doesn't exist in any meaningful way.

With "Muhrussia" becoming counterproductive near midterms, "bots" never got off the ground, and negative labels like "deplorable" counterproductive also, they can use this new "that's just Q conspiracy theory talk" deflection on -any- GOP narrative approaching the midterms. "Did you get that from Q?" "You have been reading too much Q conspiracy talk," "stop repeating Q conspiracy theories."

Will it work? Maybe. I doubt it. It could backfire bigly if the public sees through the scam. Just another MSM lie and why they shouldn't be trusted. But something this strained is about all they have. They certainly don't have any rational policy, the economy, or their immigration stance to help in the midterms, so crap like "Q" it is.

And yeah, after looking into it, I do believe it's being groomed as the next Complex MSM deflection label to complement/replace "bots, muhrussia, etc." I could be wrong, it has happened before, kind of refreshing when I'm wrong actually. Will see how much "Q" nonsense erupts from MSM and mediamatters/CTR-Shareblue/public union PR over the next few days on this... complete and utter backwater of an obvious LARP.

I just found out about the "Q's" last night by watching coverage on the Tampa rally so I only have a cursory understanding of them. Your comments suggesting they will be exploited by the media ignores the fact that these whackadoodles are a group formed in the mold of other crazy right wing conspiracies, just slightly more extreme. More importantly, they have latched on to Trump because he is a purveyor of nutty theories as are a certain element of his followers as a whole.
So before you lay this at the feet of the media perhaps it's time to acknowledge they are only reporting on these nuts. And that these nuts are fully behind Don.......which comes as no surprise.

 

Just remember what you are seeing and hearing is not what's happening.
