Abu Mazen: Pre-67 Land Also "Occupied"

I'm relying on the international law that allow only a sovereignty to the Jews in the Land of Israel, while he Arabs do not enjoy such thing according to the international law, whie Abbas is not relying on the international law.

 

The United Nations, which inherited responsibility for the Mandate for Palestine, has declared that the settlements in the West Bank are illegal.

 

This is incontradiction with the international law that allows the Jews to settle in the Land of Israel by protecting the rights of the Mandate that were granted to the Jews over the Land of Israel. The Arabs also made an agreement with the Jews that says that the Land of Israel is were a state for the Jews should be reconstittue

 

The rights of the Mandate have been amended.

The Mandate specifically states that it can be amended by the United Nations Security Council.

by declaring Israeli settlements to be illegal and the Israeli annexation of East Jerusalem to be illegal, they have in effect amended the Mandate, and limiting Israeli soverignty to the borders of 1949.

 

The decleration that the settlements are illegal didnt been part of a disscusion in the UNSC about a modifications of the document of the Mandate, and thus are not, in any manner, conncted to each other. Thus the Mandate did not been emended in this decleration.

I'm sayong that the UN didnt at any time since 1948 made a disscusion regarding a modifications they want to do in the document of the Madnate, and thus by not doing that, any kind of resolutions against the settlements are not a modifications, but a seperate resolutions that been contredicted by the international law that protects the document of the Mandate that were not been emended regarding the rights that were granted to the Jews.

According to the Mandate yes, but the UN did not emend it since 1948 regarding the rights of the Jews over the Land of Israel.
