I do in fact understand. My point is that karma is neither good nor bad. Your karma, then, would be 100% neutral.
Hey guys, take it to the Karma Thread. Sabotaging threads to closure for karma aggrandizement is bad karma. Of course we might discuss the equality of Karma across racial lines and if Black Persons require special Race Based Karma Assistance Moi r > g No
So, why do those of the opposing view believe it may be so difficult for our elected representatives to have enough Faith to execute a federal doctrine and State laws regarding employment at will, as it relates to unemployment compensation?
You will never get rid of racism because I believe it is wired in. Different means dangerous as a survival instinct. Only our ability to reason overcomes it. The changes I have seen in business the last 30 years have been significant. The processes that big business have put in place gives much greater freedom to report wrongdoing and requires it or you could lose your job. I understand Affirmative Action and I also believe that because it is race based that it has no place in law. That said, much has changed for the positive because of it and the only way to get rid of it is to be able to hold a dialog with the people. Right now that is not possible due to the fact that even mentioning removing it will label you as a racist in some quarters.
If something is put in its place to make sure the past doesn't repeat itself, then I have no problem with doing away with it. Unfortunately I think at this moment it should be revised not totally done away with. - - - Updated - - - If something is put in its place to make sure the past doesn't repeat itself, then I have no problem with doing away with it. I don't think it will go away anytime soon. There are so many people alive today that experienced it for it to disappear from our collective memory. I have no doubt that the debate will go on but at some point it will become less important. The debate is important though.
Somewhat more ethical than the abomination of hypocrisy regarding a federal doctrine and State laws regarding employment at will.
Employment at will is a voluntary transaction. Affirmative Action is racism enforced by Big Government.
It would be if labor could collect unemployment compensation even if not a bonus, merely through faithful execution of an existing doctrine and State laws.
