    I have lived in So Cal since 1985. Until the sanctuary city movement, ICE was happy to pick up criminal aliens from the local PD's. It was a controlled environment, no fighting with angry relatives and such. Now that "Sanctuary Cities" have stopped their Police from co-operating with ICE to keep "Criminal Aliens" off the streets. While you might "like" criminals walking the streets of your neighborhood, we don't. Will you give us permission to bus the criminal aliens to unguarded border crossing from the US into Canada instead of deporting them to country of origin? We'll gladly pass them on to you.

    My friend was picked up in Huntington Beach, California. Not a sanctuary city.
    5 Years ago before any of the sanctuary stuff was out there.
