What does that have to do with anything? And let me ask you something. Let's say we can choose an option. Either we increase taxes on the poor and middle class or we increase taxes on the rich. What do you think happens when we tax the rich? The rich are the business owners. So when you increase taxes on the business owners and corporations do you think they're just going to bend over, grab their ankles and take it? Of course not. They're going to pass those taxes down to the consumer. They're going to do a combination of things. They're going to decrease the quality of the products they produce. They're going to increase the price of that product. Or they're going to cut overhead which means reducing jobs, hours and benefits for employees.

That means the quality of the goods and services provided to customers will be reduced and the customers will pay more for that inferior product for EVERY SINGLE product and services America produces. The poor and the middle class will pay more money and have less buying power than they would if they had simply paid the tax in the first place.

I'm fine with discriminating based upon race. Like I said, we should discriminate against the black population in order to decrease their absurdly high level of violent crime. If you think that discriminating against white people is constitutional, then why would discriminating against black people to reduce violent crime be unconstitutional?
