We should be solving for Capitalism's natural rate of unemployment in a market friendly manner.

In that manner, Persons could merely apply for unemployment compensation for simply being unemployed in our at-will employment States.

What does that have to do with anything? Just because a campaign of shaming anyone who is white and slandering them as racist, bigoted white supremacists if they even so much as mutter something positive about white people, has succeeded doesn't make the laws passed that discriminate against whites any more constitutional.

No it means she sat down and took the time to put in extra work studying for the SAT. For which she should be rewarded. And those who don't do so should not be rewarded.

If you could prove what you said, you might have something.
But as of now its more like misguided biased opinion.

That's because poor people don't create jobs.

And let me ask you something. Let's say we can choose an option. Either we increase taxes on the poor and middle class or we increase taxes on the rich. What do you think happens when we tax the rich? The rich are the business owners. So when you increase taxes on the business owners and corporations do you think they're just going to bend over, grab their ankles and take it? Of course not. They're going to pass those taxes down to the consumer. They're going to do a combination of things. They're going to decrease the quality of the products they produce. They're going to increase the price of that product. Or they're going to cut overhead which means reducing jobs, hours and benefits for employees.

That means the quality of the goods and services provided to customers will be reduced and the customers will pay more for that inferior product for EVERY SINGLE product and services America produces. The poor and the middle class will pay more money and have less buying power than they would if they had simply paid the tax in the first place.

Affirmative action, also known as reservation in India and Nepal, positive discrimination / action in the United Kingdom[1], and employment equity (in a narrower context) in Canada and South Africa, is the policy of promoting the education and employment of members of groups that are known to have previously suffered from discrimination.[2][3][4][5] Historically and internationally, support for affirmative action has sought to achieve goals such as bridging inequalities in employment and pay, increasing access to education, promoting diversity, and redressing apparent past wrongs, harms, or hindrances.

You will notice, blacks isn't the definition of AA.

No. The definition of AA is non-white, non-Christian, non-male or non-straight.

    All of which is unconstitutional.

I'm fine with discriminating based upon race. Like I said, we should discriminate against the black population in order to decrease their absurdly high level of violent crime. If you think that discriminating against white people is constitutional, then why would discriminating against black people to reduce violent crime be unconstitutional?

You know why I love this debate? Because they can't call me a racist, bigoted white supremacist while they advocate for racism against white people. Well, at least not without looking like a hypocritical idiot.

    Hogwash.
Many jobs are created by small businesses, most of which are poor when they start out.
The rich only create jobs is absolute horse hockey.

As long as we then continue to discriminate just as much against poor white people for their violent crime

How do you suggest leveling the playing field. When there is a race the person who is in the outside lane starts ahead because he couldn’t catch up. Look at affirmative action that way. They have been held back for hundreds of years and now they are adding diversity to admissions .show me where -white Christian straight men are Denied admission because they are white Christian and straight

So I deserve to be discriminated against because white people 200 years ago discriminated against black people?

So then if I deserve to be punished TODAY for the actions of white people from YEARS ago, what argument is there against punishing all black people TODAY for the actions of different, violent black people TODAY?

SCOTUS opinions change. And I'm fairly certain this SCOTUS wouldn't agree. I can assure you once Ginsberg dies, that SCOTUS won't agree.

Because it's categorically moronic to claim that it's unconstitutional to discriminate based upon race and then tell me I can't access a government program because of the color of my skin.

Sure. Black-only dorms. Minority-only safe spaces. They're not allowed to graduate with black people in some places where they have black-only graduations.

You WILLFULLY acknowledge the irreparable harm that these kinds of policies had on black people years ago. And in the very next breath, your solution now is to enact those EXACT same types of policies on white people today?

    Are you serious?
