Were FBI Agents Carrying Out Orders When They Said That Enforcing the Constitution Regarding Obama Would Cause a Civil War? Was Judge Malihi Told the Same Thing By Federal Government Operatives? Is Obama’s new tactic to stay in the White House illegally to threaten Civil War if he is unseated from his illegal Presidency?

It has been 3 years now that Barack Hussein Obama has been illegally in the White House as a NON-NATURAL Born Citizen using a social security number from Connecticut that was never issued to him according to federal government data bases.

I personally took this evidence to my local FBI office and they told me they weren’t going to investigate the matter without even looking at the evidence I gave them. I consequently researched if the FBI does a background check of President Elects or Candidates and they don’t.

At first I blamed the loophole in the laws for the FBI’s arrogance and inaction, but now I believe the inaction is because of an orchestrated effort from the leadership within the Department of Justice to protect the criminal Usurper Obama.

Recently, we have all seen how criminal the Department of Justice has become: Black Panther voter intimidation scandal and the Fast and Furious scandal which led to the murder of a border patrol agent. Throughout the last 3 years federal attorneys have defended Obama in court for alleged fraud actions that took place before he got in the White House. These cases should have not been paid for with tax payer money, but were. In fact, Elena Kagan, once Solicitor General for Obama, now Supreme Court Justice, saw all of the evidence of Obama’s fraud pass her desk and got rewarded for not investigating Obama’s alleged crimes with a lifetime guaranteed high paid job with great benefits.

Also along the way Obama’s mother’s passport records from the time frame when Obama was born have been illegally destroyed and her foreign consular records illegally withheld.

When I was in the FBI office trying to give the evidence of Obama’s fraud crimes, they had a Code of ethics that said Upholding the Constitution was their number 1 priority and I laughed out loud. I remembered how I sent all kinds of fraud evidence to Patrick Fitzgerald when he was investigating former Governor Rod Blagojevich for allegedly trying to sell Obama’s old Senate seat. Funny how Fitzgerald never investigated Obama, and then approved of hiding from the public record the part of the recorded conversation between Blagojevich and Obama when Obama was talking on this incriminating phone call.

Furthermore, emails to the FBI’s Integrity Unit (yeah right integrity) have been unanswered regarding complaints of Obama’s SSN and Selective Service fraud evidence.

To add insult to injury the FBI recently told ballot challenger Millard Blanchard that he would create a civil war if Obama was removed from the ballot for not being Constitutionally eligible for the office. Blanchard is challenging Obama on the Georgia ballot to the Georgia Secretary of State. It is frightening the FBI’s total disregard for the Constituton. All FBI agents did take an oath to defend the Constitution not defend a criminal POTUS. I guess it was a joke to them, some admission to employment.

Who in the Department of Justice is now telling FBI agents to tell citizens that want to support and defend the Constitution that they are going to start a civil war if the Constitution is enforced?

In the same neck of the woods Georgia Judge Mahlihi issued a ridiculous ruling to keep Obama on the ballot that was not based on law or fact last Friday. Was he also visited by a federal goon squad that told him that he would start a civil war if he ruled to enforce the U.S. Constitution?

It appear’s Obama’s latest tactic to try to illegally remain in the White House for another four years is to try to intimidate citizens and possibly judges with ridiculous threats of his self-importance as a politician. Talk about egomaniacal.

Mahlihi’s interpretation of NATURAL Born citizen is eerily similar to what the Illinois Board of Elections ruled on last Thursday. Both are not founded in law but in the same ridiculous dicta in Anekey v. Governor of Indiana where the justices try to put words in the mouth of Supreme Court Justices in 1875 in their U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark ruling. The Indiana ruling is laughable and any judge that signed onto this opinion should be removed from the bench for cause. (See more in Illinois News.)

See personal email to me below from Georgia ballot challenger Blanchard who met with FBI agents last week regarding the illegal imprisonment of retired Commander Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick filed official treason charges against Obama because he is NOT a NATURAL Born Citizen.

I am working with Commander Fitzpatrick on the east TN corruption issue and got caught in the FBI spider web. So I stopped in

yesterday while I was in Knoxville and asked them what the deal was. It turned out that the FBI is the Big Brother intimidation

arm of the local gendarmes. The hour was spent in demeaning my efforts and in intimidation. The conversation turned to what I was doing in the Georgia ballot challenge initiative and how that would cause civil war if Obama was taken off the ballot. One

of the agents (there are always two) launched into a long rant about “birthers” and how Fitzpatrick was always about getting Obama

charged with treason. He defined the FBI position on “birthers” and asked several times if I wasn’t afraid of damaging the country

if I continued with the ballot challenge. He said it would cause civil war. So the FBI have no jurisdiction or responsibility in either Ftiz’s

deal or the ballot challenge but are acting as the strong arm to intimidate people from getting involved with it. I pointed out that of the

original five activists in the east TN thing I was the only one who had not been arrested. The agent assured me that if he had anything

on me I would be in cuffs right then. So they are serious.

Bottom line; we shouldn’t fall for their bull(*)(*)(*)(*) and back down in any way. We are following the law with what we are doing and should

not be intimidated by those (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)s.

I got a federal habeas writ filed for Fitz at 0800 but the rest of the day was ruined after talking with the FBI.

It can't be that all of the evidence proves the conspiracy false.
These two things are actually PROOF of the conspiracy.

I am reminded of a mission to Mars a few years ago. The mission was to flyover and photograph Mars' surface. There was no plan to fly by the "Face on Mars" because, geologically, it was of no interest. The nuts claimed "conspiracy" and that NASA's refusal to photograph their "face" was proof.

So NASA said "What the heck" and rerouted the flight. Back came the photos and, as NASA predicted, just some big rocks that cast a weird shadow.

What did the nuts do? The photos were "evidence" if the "conspiracy" because NASA "purposely" took "bad photos."

The birther case has had it's hearing over and over even though the issue is clearly closed. The latest ballot challenge in Georgia failed and presented "evidence" that has either been debunked or requires a magical conspiracy to even cast suspicion. So it was tossed out like all the other birther crap.

You can only indulge the hopelessly deluded so much. Face it birthers, you were disproven, embarrassed, humiliated, and rejected. You're free to continue your delusions, but don't expect people to continue to provide you a platform for your idiocy.

Do you notice that when you place anything disparaging about Obama here, you are called names, constantly. These people are so enamored with him they would eat a mile of his $--t just to get an autograph. The FBI is dangerous and can intimidate anyone. You have no recourse to stop them. I have always said that where there is smoke there is fire, not dry ice. He is hiding something and everyone knows it. His followers know it too, but play the name-game at every turn. Yes, if you post unconfirmed and unsubstantiated conspiracy claims you might get ridiculed. The way to avoid this is to make claims that can be substantiated.

I assume Barack Obama is hiding something- just like every President- every single one of them hid something. But I refuse to assume that he is part of some conspiracy or just accept whatever speculation and innuendo that his political opponents post on the internet as truth. I have heard Birthers suggest that before- that the only way to protect the Constitution is to rip it to shreds and have the military take over. Such patriots.

 

If you do not like him, vote him out. It is as simple as that. Of course, you will have to actually go and vote in order to get him out. Over the next 9 months, I will be hitting the streets of Wake County, NC (Raleigh's County) letting people know the benefits of giving the President another four years. The Democratic Party will also be mobilizing to remove those 25 Tea Party canidates and replacing them. We WILL be taking the House back. It is Democracy in action. Enjoy it. OBAMA 2012!

 

I'm not doubting you, but is there any other documentation or confirmation from another source. No offense, but this smacks of "too good to be true" hyperbole and conspiritorial over statement.

 

Obama already showed the public his birth certificate. Countless government officials not tied to any political affiliation have reviewed the evidence and confirmed that the man is who he says he is. What more do you people want?

Think about that: We basically have no enemies, are under less threat of attack then at any time in our history, and our military is a bigger part of our economy than it was when we were defeating the most evil forces ever to arise on Planet Earth.

I can show you a fake drivers license too. What does that prove? It proves I showed you something, period. I believe the man is a fake, through and through. I believe he is filled with hate and his wife is likewise...she proved that with her "first time" statement way back. Vote for whom you wish, so will the rest of us. If Obama wins, you will see a different side of him in his last four years, a side you will not like but won't admit. If he loses, I expect there to be violence in this country. It is just sad that we have people who are so filled with hate that they have to act so irrationally toward our President. I was not a fan of President Bush, but I still refused to call him names because the Office he held deserves repect even if I do not like the person in it. You believe he is a fake because he is a minority with a non-Anglo name. His difference allows you to rationalize that he must not be American because then he would have a name like George, Robert, John, or Roy. How dare he be different in a country made great by the different people we eventually embrace.
