Yes the criminal referral would be made and be presented to the House which would decide whether to impeach and remove so that could start or not do so and it would wait until he otherwise left office as happened with Clinton. The fact remians NO criminal referral was made by the office of the Special PROSECUTOR.

Commenting on your torturous syntax really is not about correcting grammar. It's constructive criticism on the caliber of your writing. I was correct.
