That statement is insulting. I've read your bible more than once. I have an app on this device that allows me to access specific parts of the Christian bible. I do not lack understanding, but the existence of a deity is not a testable concept. It requires blind faith, and I prefer knowledge.

Statements claiming God to be true are never prefaced with "I believe," they are posted in comments here like it's an established fact that your bible is the "word of God."

Think as a Christian you would do well to read on after John 3:16. Many don't. Peter admonished to obey the laws of the land. Guess that would apply to immigration as well. There is no hate there. Just uphold the law. Mothers don't walk 3000 miles anyway. The Cartel extracts money from them, provides transportation, then rapes many along the way. You may be a Christian, but don't swallow everything you hear. Just because someone chooses to identify with one of the letters, LBGTQ+, doesn't mean they can's someday identify as a child of God once they, like everyone else, repent.

thanks for the preaching. You can go to great lengths to defend the Cartels and what they are doing all in the name of Christ. You do know there are legal pathways to come to this country......but go ahead and defend lawlessness if that is the gospel you preach.

 

Making Cartels rich, abandoning immigrants to die in the desert, raping women along the way, priming children for the sex trade.....that is Christian love? Using border jumpers as a diversion to bring fentanyl into the country that is responsible for most deaths under 40......is that the Christian love you are talking about?

Spreading the illegal immigrant burden to states that declare themselves "sanctuary's " for all kinds of illegal activity.....I call that pretty good thinking.

I will be interested if your compassion is half as much for the American citizens in East Palestine Ohio, but I really don't expect much.

I like preaching. Thanks for noticing. What I notice is that Evangelical White Christians in America found few Bible verse to summarize entire Biblical message so they can turn their eyes away from the poor, the needy, the thirsty , the orphan , the widow , the incarcerated, the addict, the undocumented, and above all the sinners.

Evangelical white Christians love quoting 1 Peter 2:13-17 or Romans 13:1 to demonize the undocumented and justify their Christianity. Look how you describe the poor mother who walked 3000 miles with her child, “ she didn’t walk , cartel brought her here”. SO WHAT! WHO GIVE A HOOT HOW SHE GOT HERE! A poor woman leaving war torn country with her child and if a cartel helped her to safe zone, I would say the cartel is better then the so called Christian who hide behind few verses.

Evangelical white Christians love quoting Galatians 6:7 so they don’t have to help the poor , the needy and brand them lazy bump. Bible talked 2000 times about how to help the poor, the orphan, the widow, the less fortunate and the ‘Have-Nots” , and you know how many times Bible talked about Abortion – ZERO!

Have you ever wondered why there are less and less Christian in America every decade. It’s not because of gay or lesbian, or liberals, or all those lesbian couple forcing a Christian baker to bake cake. It’s because American churches "become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal". And when the day comes , Christ will say to American Evangelicals “ I never knew you”.

And, your assessment of the Ohio train crash is partisan political nonsense. There were and continue to be 4 different federal agencies their working on that problem. The fact is that one federal agency, FEMA, isn't set up to handle the problems caused by the railroad disaster. That problem just didn't happen to need the kind of help FEMA is set up to provide.

FEMA is set up to focus on problems such as hurricanes and tornedos cause - not the toxic waste dump that the railroad caused in East Palestine.

 

So.....when are they going to open hotels in the immediate area to locate these American citizens until their homes are actually proven safe? (As the government now does for illegal immigrants) You really have a disdain (hate) for American citizens don't you. As far as "removing children from the parents"....what about all the "unaccompanied minors" that have already had their parents removed through actions of the Cartel? They'll probably end up in the sex trade, but as long as it makes the Cartels rich, right? You fail to mention that the vast majority of illegal immigrants are young men who intend to work to pay an additional $4,000 to the Cartels after which time they will send money back home (if the aren't murdered for failure to pay)

The “ Body of Christ” in America are more interested in Political Power then preaching the gospel. Evangelical White are more interested demonizing others, then showing love of Christ. The last two post show how Christian you are. You are more interested demonizing poor, vulnerable people leaving south America for better life. These people living in such a horrible condition that they are taking risk of getting raped by cartels, yet they chose to take that long journey. Because their lives in El Salvador much more horrifying then cartels rape them repeatedly. You only want to focus on the cartels and not the woman. You want to talk about how horrible the cartels are so you can ignore the woman. Why are you emphasizing the cartel and not the woman who risked everything, including her chastity? I wrote a post before I saw this. I know you are sincere and only a Christian could answer in such a way. I have had these discussions with other brothers and sisters in Christ.
From my own study of History, I believe God has had His hand on this nation. We have done more in missionary work than any other nation. There are good people that want to come here but they are misled by those with evil intent both from cartels and our own government. Let you and me pray for a Godly solution to the whole affair.
