Apparently CNN editing comments by Mr. Donald Trump!

I just saw a message on my Facebook wall that I felt would make a good quotation for an opening post in a new thread.

And what else is new? There was an interview on CNN of Naoui a top reporter on RT by Amanpour, and they had edited the part where she blasted Amanpour about the hypocrisy of saying RT is government owned, when CNN has been following Washington's line going back to Clinton's Kosovan war.

The other day on PBS, they mentioned that the US had conducted 126 strikes on the oil tanks, yet the only pictures they had to show were the Russian strikes...which of course makes the American strikes questionable. Not one mention was made of the 500 Russia strikes... so again as to give a false illusion to the American people.

 

The liberal media loves to play with Republican quotes. They edit, take them out of context, etc.

Liberals will lie, cheat, and steal to advance socialism. As long as it works, it's ok. Ethics be damned.

 

CNN has a long track record of reediting videos and even scrubbing their transcripts.

Back in 2009 CNN had a special on Obama's first 90 days or maybe Obama's first 100 days in office, it was broadcast live and hosted by Wolf Blitzer. Anyone remember ?

CNN was conducting a poll of voters who voted for Obama. When the results were put up on the screen without warning Wolf what the results were, you should have seen Wolf's face and reactions when the polling showed that 15% of the voters who voted for Obama thought that they may have made a mistake voting for Obama. Wolf Blitzer was speechless.

When CNN ran the repeat of the program later on that night, that segment was edited out. In less than 24 hours the printed transcripts were edited removing that segment of the program from the original transcript.

 

CNN did not alter anything. What Donald Trump is suggesting was left intact and it doesn't matter where the word, "Absolutely," was placed.

 

The Democrats were doing it non stop from the time of the Clinton administration, but I never thought they would bring their lying, manipulations and deceptions into our foreign policy. I was wrong.

If only RW people had some kind of powerful media conglomerate, maybe even one the biggest ones in the world, with people like Murdock running them --- or access to large radio syndicates, or a method of printing newspapers and journals, or even a way to utilize the internet.

This is a perfect example of this type of thing and the sad thing is that this tactic does work.

"Journalists" these days don't seem to want to paint a full and accurate picture but want something sensational that can advance their own career......… and somewhat edited footage and comments can earn them a lot of bucks!

 

And of course Conservatives never do any of that stuff, do they? You should try reading the Daily Mail sometime if you want classic right-wing examples of exactly what you're railing against. Ethics be damned indeed. This is the news media we're talking about; 'ethics' isn't a word or concept they recognise, just as long as it sells. You should know that.

 

Hell, they've got a whole network and 24/7 RW talk radio circuit dedicated to it.

 

Trump says so many stupid things...and then qualifies them...and then backtracks some more, that he can always point to ONE of those things and claim he was taken out of context.

Lol, no. The Dems have been anti-anything that the GOP has done. The Dems have clearly obstructed government and we need a center-right government to steer us back to solvency.

 

I think what you need is a system that involves more parties than just two sides of the same coin.

 

That too as a Nationalist. My Syndicalist thought however, is to work within the system as it is present. That's how MLK, Ghandi, etc all changed the systems. In general, over the thousand(or so) years of human existence, including political existence we find that the ideal of consistency and stability is what has pioneered human growth, but when that growth stagnates these radicals(called "left" or "Democrats") make their mark for a time until their societies are so unstable as to continually need change.

Every 50-100 years in every country, the reaction occurs where we put the Left down on the political totem pole. Germany did it, England does it and now America finally needs to give the Left the ass-kicking it so richly deserves.

Yes......… one of the reasons why politics up here in Canada seem significantly more civil is because the New Democratic Party keep the larger Conservative and Liberal Parties on their toes..........

On the other hand if The Donald were to start a third party.... he would be handing the election to the Democrats......
