You refuse to address the links. That shows you did not read the posts. It also shows you have nothing to refute the facts of the links. More avoiding addressing facts of links by the GW promoters

blogs and opinion pieces as his links as his evidence... actual evidence that he can understand or explain, nada...

and I thought I'd seen the last of the Oregon Petition  ...

If that is true it should be easy for the GW promoters to prove them wrong instead of avoiding the articles

there is nothing to dispute, there is no contrary evidence given...an opinion/quote is not evidence...

There is evidence and facts in those quotes. You are making excuses because you have no answers

a denial/quote is not evidence....really you have absolutely no concept of anything to do with science and what even qualifies as evidence...

with your logic if someone was of the opinion "Neptune is made up entirely of twinkies" that would qualify as evidence that cannot be disproven therefore must be true...

How would know if you do not read it. You are using that as an excuse to not address what the article says

The evidence of man-made global warming has been shown to you and others time and time again.

Global tempratures are evidence, loss of sea ice is evidence, an increase of CO2 in the atmosphere is evidence. Global climate changes via nature take thousands and thousands of years...not hundreds of years.

NASA (my favorite) and every other reputable science organization in the world support man-made global warming. Even a lot of republicans are coming around (Huntsman...Rommney).

I don't agree on a lot of the solutions offered, but global warming is a fact. It is happening. And man is the major cause.

We must deal with the problem...or suffer the consequenses.

Nothing has been shown to you because you refuse to see and "there are none so blind as those who refuse to see".

You show you refuse to address the facts in these articles. You have the same credibility problem as your hero Al Gore

You mean the data manipulation? If there is proof show how much of the warming is natural and how much is man

The only manipulation extant is of your credulity. The data says what it says, in spite of your conviction to the contrary.

The rise of 0.6 degrees celsius is caused by man since 1860.
If man were not here the earth would be 0.6 degrees cooler.

And that rise (caused by man) will increase at an accelerated rate.

Show scientific proof of this. Do you have a peer review paper that shows this. I ask for peer review because GW supporters always bring that up

The name of the paper is...Climate Change:past,Present, and Future.

I can't put in big links...they just don't work...just google climate change past, present, and future...its about the fourth link down.

forgot the authors...but it is peer reviewed.

It seems you don't want the truth.

Back on topic, here's some more evidence of the changes that are occurring in the Arctic as AGW melts the ice cover.

Climate Fact: Alaska’s Sea Cliffs Now Retreating at 45 feet per Year

In Brief: The silt cliffs on the Beaufort and Chuckchi Seas around Alaska are crumbling as water temperatures have warmed and the annual duration of the Arctic Sea Ice has declined.

The Arctic, where the temperature rise has been twice the global average, has born some of the most visible impacts of the last 40 years of warming. Melting permafrost on land and melting sea ice in the water, the release of methane that had formerly been locked frozen in the tundra, a retreating Greenland Ice Sheet and melting glaciers, the movement of trees into zones formerly too cold to support trees, and the movement of more temperate marine species into the Arctic Ocean have all been observed. Another impact is the degradation of silt ocean cliffs, particularly those along Alaska’s Beaufort and Chuckchi Seas. Local residents, many of whom are descendants of people who lived in the same region thousands of years ago, have houses and other important structures on these cliffs. These cliffs also support infrastructure that is part of the National Petroleum Reserve – Alaska. These silt cliffs have always been subject to erosion from wave action, but have for the most part been immune to complete collapse. This began to change as waters sufficiently warm to melt the ice that holds them together began to appear over the past 40 years, and as the sea ice began to retreat to minimums unprecedented in modern history. Between 1979 and 2009 the number of open water days along the coast (days without ice masses protecting the cliffs from waves) increased from an average of 45 to 95 days, allowing more storms and high-wave events to bring warm, ice melting waters to the cliffs. The average coastal erosion rate of 28.5 feet during the 1980s and 1990s increased to 45 feet per year during the 2000s.

you've shown nothing but opinion pieces that have no scientific credibility...you don't even understand the difference between an opinion from a blog and actual research data...

and many, many, many posters here have taken the time to carefully explain things to you but to be totally honest you don't have the comprehension to understand the evidence presented...

So if they are false it should be easy to prove them wrong. Instead you use all your energy to avoid addressing what they say

Well for a start it shows it's partisanship by taking a passing thwack at both hansen and gore

Second it has fallen into the fallacy that "global warming" means everywhere on the planet is going to get hot all the time - not so

Third it has fallen into another fallacy that of "my backyard is cold so everywhere has to be cold"

Fourth - the fallacy that a few cold spots do not will prevent an average temperature rise

Fifth - cherry picking data - only COLD temperatures were reported by this piece no mention of hotter than normal temperatures

Sixth circular referencing - using it's own blog articles to support arguments is lame at best - and we have to wonder why - maybe because they are the only ones making the claim??

Do you want me to go on......................
