I expect that you have some specific numbers and accounting to back that up?

With you being a history expert I would love to hear what you think "Let them eat cake means.??

I've already stated that in this thread and others like it that I've started. Use your search engine.

The true test of how mentally retarded the 1%ers are is if they can trace the breadcrumbs of their own wealth backwards to find how it was sucked off the labor of the middle class and their purchasing power, now dwindling down to nothing.

"Where's all my money going!?" cries the clueless, drooling aristocrat with flawless manicured hands...

Here's a hint geniuses: There aren't enough of these :worker: left to afford your products anymore. And what little are left after you shipped their jobs to China to shortsightedly improve your overhead, spend too much of their precious little money on health insurance premiums to be able to afford going to Best Buy, Sears, Apple and the pumps. Remember how you fought universal care as "socialism!"..,meanwhile shipping jobs over to a socialist country who provides socialzed medicine so you didn't have to pay the premiums in the US for workers...as you complained that "American workers are too expensive!"

Funny, isn't it, when the dragon eats the last of it's scales?

I have a new term for the 1%ers. They practice "Dragon Economics".. S'cuse me, "Retarded Dragon Economics"...

The anti-1%-ers might not like to ever find out what percentage of those 1%-ers help fund and perpetuate their cherished ideology.

What's beautiful to me is that the angry lower class is paving the way to their own extinction and they don't even see it. Here's how the cycle works when human nature is factored in. When you reach a point in society like the one we're at now where everything is so cushy and comfortable that even the poor and middle class develop the bratty rich kid attitude, they will lose the ability to be grateful for all of the things they currently do have, they will lose the ability to understand the value of hard work, and this will drive them to bite the hand that feeds them. Out of a naive and misguided sense of "social and economic justice," they will tear down the very system that gave them everything they take for granted today. They will then attempt to replace it with a utopian fantasy model that sounds so perfect in their heads but will prove to be disastrous in practice, and little by little they will begin to rebuild the current capitalist model that they think they despise.

Occupy Wall Street was a great example of this. It was like a grade school science project about the whims of human nature in regard to economic systems. It started out with this group of people that were so emotionally fired up and so convinced that the current system was "wrong." And so they rebelled against it. They set up their little anarchist campsites where everything was about sharing and caring, and it was nice for a short little while. Everybody felt free and equal. They were peeing outside, having sex like animals, there was free food and drugs for everybody, and nobody had to work. It was like Woodstock without the music. Then the inevitable happened. The things the utopians never plan for. Human nature kicked back in. Theft, rape, and various other problems began emerging. So what did they do? They began to rebuild the same society they had abandoned. They separated the men and the women, they established a security system, they set up an unofficial treasury. And if left alone for long enough, they would have continued to evolve back into exactly what we have today. Because a capitalist meritocracy is the best system in the history of the human race. It is the only system that is compatible with our imperfect human nature. The upside is that it creates infinite possibilities for anyone who has the drive, the vision, the creativity, and the focus to buckle down and build the life they want for themselves. The downside is that as the standard of living goes up for everyone over many generations, eventually newer generations become spoiled because they have never had to apply the same blood, sweat, and tears that their ancestors did and so we end right back up with where we are today; with a country full of bratty princes and princesses crying about the wealthy having too much.

I'm sure some people who were born in to the 1% are mentally retarded, however I highly doubt that's the majority. Certainly the people who worked their way there are not. They may have some mental issues, same as many people, but no functionally retarded people are running multi-billion dollar businesses.

If you notice, I keep referring to the 1% as those born into money, not working their way there.

One retarded 1% I can think of right away is Dubya Bush. Cheney likes his puppets to be as retarded as possible but connected enough to get elected where his puppet show can have the most effect..
