    In 1998, Dukakis had a strong lead over Bush the Elder..who won by 40 states and 10 points in the popular vote. I am confident people lie like crazy to pollsters. Vote Mugwump!

    Not to the K-12 schools where U-M teaching school sent its student teachers for the classroom credits. The far better teachers came from Eastern Michigan University. The most stringent liberal and unlikable personally were U of M. As for other fields? I saw engineers screw up a three-foot extension to an air duct. U-of-M.

    I live in a rural area also. I've noticed that 50% of the time if you hire a contractor who happens to be white to work on your property...
    the crew that shows up to do the work are Latinos...sometimes they can speak English.
    Last time I had lumber delivered, a Mexican delivered and unloaded for me. My Jeep broke down. A Mexican tow truck driver hauled it to shop.
    I didn't ask if they were Trump supporters. Maybe they were.
