Actually I was never a fan of Obama (as you would know if you took a moment from your frothing to look), and was solid Republican until they decided on Trump. My standards are obviously far above your own were the health of our Republic is involved.

Two years later wishful thinking is apparently alive and kicking

 

We are seeing inexperience with the workings of National Politics being played out. That is all.A bit concerning to watch admittedly, but it's the 21st. Century. The 24 hour news cycle blasts factoids, & oceans of speculation in order to appease the hunger of the advertisers sponsoring the "News", it's best to mix a good stiff drink, pack a bong, sit back, & at least let 100 days pass, before looking up to see if the sky is falling.

 

No Mccain and the old guard. They are the ones who are horrified that a sleaze bag like Trump is representing thier country

 

I don't know about being booted. But I do think his persona may make him ineffective and a figure head only if he doesn't wise up. Trump has a history of creating needless feuds and peeving allies or people he will need in the future off. He did this in the primaries with McCain, Cruz, Rubio, the RNC, the Bush's and many others. It turned out he won anyhow without their help. But the three million votes he lost the popular vote by wasn't a result of voter fraud. It was some of those supporters whom he feuded with staying home or voting third party.

Now Trump is once again creating a needless feud with McCain. When it comes go governing, getting things through congress it still takes 218 votes in the house and 51 or 60 in the senate. Get McCain mad enough, Trump will lose his vote and maybe the votes of six or seven other senators who are close friends of McCain.

One won't be able to govern effectively if Trump continues to make enemies of his friends and allies of supposedly the same party. I'm still not convinced that Trump is a Republican. Perhaps more in line as an thin skinned egotistical opportunist who used the Republican Party to get what he wants.

One would hope you can understand eventually that Obama is no longer in office (I heard he's jet skiing) and the intelligence community did not "Work for him" when he was. As far as scary...it is indeed scary to have the CIA and FBI against you, no matter who you are.

 

I will go back and search your posts and see how tough on Barry you were. So you must have been all over Barry with his aiding Iran, lying about healthcare, covering up for the IRS scandal etc. I will check it out. I may be wrong but I seriously doubt it.
