    I really think that Trump did expect Putin to repeat 2016 but there were too many competent people who had ensured that would not happen

    Putin is in Russia. Hacking won't help him in America unless it was with the voting machines.

    People vote based on the information they have or who they hate the less. Russia can't change my vote except through a machine.
