You should read the Constitution for once, because then you'll know that Congress has power to appropriate tax dollars as it sees fit, and the POTUS has no authority to interfere in that. Congress allocated this money to the Ukraine. Trump had no authority to use that money as a bargaining chip with a foreign power--and for personal politican gain, no less!

The decision, by U.S. District Judge Christopher R. “Casey” Cooper of Washington, D.C., came in a public records lawsuit filed Oct. 1 by a government watchdog group, American Oversight.

The group in May asked the State Department for records related to alleged efforts by Trump and his administration to pressure Ukraine to investigate a political opponent, former vice president Joe Biden and his son Hunter.

Republicans protesting the impeachment inquiry say nothing about the mounting evidence against Trump. Without basis, they question only the process. That is because the evidence is damning.

Just remember, when this goes to the senate, the Republicans are in control and can subpoena anybody and everybody for months including Obama, Holder, Lynch, Hillary, Comey, Strzok, Ohr, Brennan, Clapper, Schiff, etc. etc. etc.
