    Demonize, ostracize, and marginalize a group of people as being an evil enemy, then you can legitimize the use of violence against them.

    Course he can. Are you not aware of the US messing up the weather to ruin the harvest in Vietnam. We in the UK had in the 50's massive rains. People believed it was the Americans, possibly with us in toe practising their rain dance.

    Maybe. Theresa May, then Home Secretary allowed into the UK a man who was known to be recruiting for people to fight in Syria (US and UK openly on their side at this time). Our Muslims put in protest after protest that he should not be allowed in. Now the Government is terrified of them coming home and removing British citizenship from girls who went out as children to be brides to same. Possibly if TM had listened to British Muslims and banned him everyone would be in a better place now.

    No, they do know how to make rain. Maybe there were some unexpected side effects. I think Iran thought they were up to it last year but that was just climate disaster, another thing brought on by humans.

    Everybody. Killing Nazis has never been more than either a means to an end or a punishment for war crimes.

    Neither the Americans nor the Soviets had a policy of executing captured Nazis because they were Nazis.

    Milo might be a dumb racist, but if you think that executing him is either plausible or preferable, you're not connected to reality.
