Yes, Putler should accept that it's time to stop and withdraw from Ukraine. He has made his bloody point.

‘It is urgent’: European leaders appeal for greater support for Ukraine as Russia makes major gain
Published Sun, Feb 18 20249:10 AM EST
    Karen Gilchrist

    Key Points
    • The West is suffering a “colossal failure of imagination” in thinking Russia’s war in Ukraine will not hit them next, defense policymakers heard at Munich Security Conference.
    • “The sense of urgency is simply not clear enough,” Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said, joining European leaders in calling for more arms for Ukraine as the war enters its third year.
    • Hillary Clinton said “reality should have overcome” any pushback from the U.S. House in funding more support for the war-torn country.

We've got a team in Crimea. I work in Europe three or four months per year.

    No idea.

Thanks. Good post. I do see the logic in that.

Frankly I don't trust either side to keep the peace. I think Ukraine would keep "pot shotting" into the new Russia, and worse, say nasty things in public about Putin - who seems very sensitive.

No-one has any idea what Russia's goals are. As long as they talk about fictional Nazis, which provides an excuse to break the treaty and further invade/subjugate any country, anytime anywhere.

    The goals are widely known.

With the fools governing "the ukraine", the best they can hope for now is a two state solution....East and West ukraine. Either that or all of the historically Russia areas of "the ukraine" will become Russia again. The rest can be divided up as they were before WW2 as far as I care, although I think the poles don't deserve ****, since that's where the nazis originated.

"RuZzia" should be thankful and gracious to the "cursed" West for all the help back in the day.....but they aren't.....Patton was right.....maybe we should've just focused solely on the Japs ....let the Germans make lampshades outta the RuZzians.

    That they are.

In summary, ruZZia seeks to conquer and control most or all of Ukraine, including its capital city, Kyiv, and eliminate Ukrainian sovereignty. The imaginary "Bandera troops of the North Atlantic Alliance" will no doubt continue to be presented as a casus belli by the Kremlin fascists until such goals have been achieved or those fascists are finally deposed and the Russian people finally stop allowing themselves to be turned into 21st century Nazis.

300 meters is not 1200 feet Zoomer - and why are you asking who the prophet is ? The Prophet is the one who has been telling you what will happen in the future .. or what is happening on the ground ... and getting it right .. you always on the wrong side ..your claims proven false .. your sources laughable silliness.

You were told .. that Avdiivka was being encircled .. that the generals had waited to long to evacuate ..only one corridor for escape .. the trapped Ukrainian soldiers in a bad way .. on which you cried NO NO NO. shortly after the official Order for evacuation came .. The prophecy come true . Ukraine troops getting slaughtered trying to navigate and/or keep open the gauntlet.. You were given a video telling you what was going to happen .. and then in a few days it happened.

That is called .. getting it right Zoomer .. and one day hopefully you will have such experience .. but, is not going to happen using the Pravda Propaganda ?!

Every such proposition will serve Russia to recover and prepare the next war. It doesnt even make sense.
An economic war on Russia cannot be expected to bring short time gain, it can be an instrument to turn Russia into a shithole like North Corea over the next 30 decades with millions of well educated and also just decently educated young people leaving the country for both, lack of economic expectations and the fear of being used as cannon fooder in one of the next attack waves.

Russia will build up billions and billions of rupees its the time to convince India to turn on other countries with their military equipment, South Korea, US, Germany, Japan, etc. so that Russia pays its dues to strengthen the military-industrial complexes of the West.

Give Japan 4-5 more years to prepare taking back the Kuril islands and Turkey 5-10 more to press for the domination in the Caucasus and Central Asia and let Russia bleed over a long period of time, you cannot take down an empire in 3 years.

And the Ukraine should use its space for tactical withdrawals instead of sacrifcing soldiers.

I think you overestimate the numbers of tanks the US and other allies delievered Ukraine with drastically. On the other hand, yes, Ukraine doesn't have the man power to push back Russia on all frontlines, thats not gonna happen. I think they have to withdraw quicker than sticking to cities which are unpopulated wastelands, but have rather a psychological effect. If Russia wants to force progress they should bleed them out as good as possible, but withdraw quicker than they did this falling back on entrenched positions and repeat these in circles until they have enough material and man power and exhausted Russia enough to get a breakthrough at one point, with realistical aims.

If whatever remains of Ukraine is free to join the EU and NATO? Yes.
