Maybe I should have made it a point to read more of your posts before agreeing with an individual point, either that or I didn’t make myself clear.

The point I was trying to make was that when you give the judicial system the ability to enforce laws in some cases and not others you tend to end up with racist/unequal results. If they law isn’t important enough to enforce all of the time then it shouldn’t be enforced any of the time.

I’m not interested in getting any of your posts deleted. I’ve not reported anything. This seems like a paranoid thing to say.

I will simplify my position. I like anything that increases our freedoms, and I don’t like things that lead to racist outcomes.

You mischaracterized a statement. Hardly a dire accusation. Sorry it bothered you so much.

"Today, America's war on drug users is over in the city of Baltimore. We leave behind the era of tough-on-crime prosecution and zero-tolerance policing and no longer default to the status quo to criminalize mostly people of color for addiction," Mosby said

    Please explain how I" mischaracterized"

“Aka to [sic] many POC are charged so it has to go.. No one asks why it is that way.. Claiming racism is just an easy out.”

Acknowledging that bad laws, that disproportionately impact POC, are bad is not the same as saying they are bad because too many POCs are charged.

It’s admittedly an easy mistake to make, but it is a mischaracterization all the same.
