I don't dislike partying but there's no need for the oktoberfest to get drunk a having fun we can do it everywhere.

 

It's every German citizen's right to start a petition for banning the Oktoberfest.
As it is the city of Munich's right to shoot it down like the steaming pile of crap it is.

For example: your CAR bombings, and airline hijackings--cars and planes are western inventions. Not every muslim is like him, they are a minority in the muslim world. The ME just needs some time of peace to evolve but because of some warmongers, both locals and western imperialists it has become the most politically unstable and dangerous region of the world. It's just one of many examples that show that incoming immigrants have absolutely zero desire to assimilate into the host country's culture. They are there to change Germany into an Islamic country. Multiculturalism doesn't work.

It was not to long ago that religious zealots and various other nanny state advocates were making the same petition in the USA. It was called the Temperance movement and it succeeded. Prohibition.

Last night we had most of the GOP nominees making the exact same or similar stupid arguments but in relationship to Pot. There is a good chance that they will succeed as well.

Groups that are against individual rights and freedoms are not a joke, whether it is 500 or 4 million. Islam, by its nature detests individual rights and freedoms. What they refer to as "Gods Law" or some human interpretation of Gods law that is important. The wishes of the individual is irrelevant.

These were the same justifications of the Temperance movement. "Alcohol is the Devil's brew" and so on.

The religious right uses similar justification to try and ban abortion (although they will often try and disguise religious motivation with garbage secular arguments).

The reality is that individual rights and freedoms are on the decline. Over the decades the courts have managed to wiggled their way around constitutional prohibitions that restrict their power. The nature of the Government is to want to control and not to be restricted.

The techniques that the Government (and the courts - a branch of Government) have used to do this can be discussed further another time.

 

Thankfully it was most not all. I think the cow has left the barn on this one and that there is no way that pot wont be legal every where soon no matter who is elected. The people want it

 

Do you really think that anyone seriously takes notice of on line petitions. Who are these 500? I'm sure if I go on Facebook and set up a petition to allow goats the right to vote I would get more than 500 signing up. I'd probably get enough signing up to reach the mandate for political discussion in parliament. On Line petitions should never have been allowed in politics.

 

You're right, Muslims are integrating into Western society just super. Your country England is a testament to that.



Was giving up your country to the Islamic 3rd world worth all the generous welfare and pension benefits that white Britons gave to themselves? Time will tell.

 

The cow should have been let out of the barn decades ago. Instead we have wasted Trillions of dollars on the war on drugs, put people in jail for something that is less harmful than Alcohol, and funded criminal organizations.
