There must be a mistake somewhere because Joe Biden said there was not a whisper of scandal during the BHO Administration. Would Joe lie??

And the intent here is actually manifest. It's a much stronger obstruction case then the one the Mueller team wanted to bring but failed to bring.

    Precisely.

The FBI is doing its job of protecting us from **** like this. And the Bonespurs crowd takes a big steaming politically motivated dump on them.

    Sickening.

somebody needs to tell that guy to update his list (cough meme cough) to say that Rosenstein has resigned (obviously in some sort of disgrace in your world)...

I wonder if any of the 3 investigations into the origins of the Russia investigation (is it up to 4 yet?) will call Rod as a witness??

    SNIP
“I was responsible for overseeing that investigation,” Rosenstein said, according to his prepared remarks. “I knew from preliminary briefings with the agents and prosecutors that it was an important investigation. If it was not done correctly, there would always be lingering doubts about the scope of Russian efforts and the extent of American involvement.

He's one of those who signed the warrants. So he's actually more likely to be criminally charged, then to be a witness.

What's sickening is spying on American Citizens with illegally obtained warrants with fraudulent information and through lying. That's sickening. And it's being criminally prosecuted.

He's actually more likely to catch bubonic plague than either of those 2 options...

The law is the law, no matter who administers it. It is illegal to lie under oath, but that is precisely what Comey, Yates, Rosenstein did when they signed off on the fisa warrants.

All in due time my friend :) Get your popcorn ready, this is going to be more explosive than the Mueller report by a mile. For those who'd been following from the start, it's not a matter of who is criminally prosecuted, but when.

You say lying, I say protecting America...

    Tomato - Tomahto...

P.S. The House scheduled McGahn to appear a week from today, 5/21... No word if he will show... I bet he won't, so he'll be contempt charge #2...

Mueller covered up the fact that the corrupt Boston FBI was working for the Boston mob - probably just an innocent mistake. ;-)

He shouldn't. Executive privilege and he has already given his testimony to he SC, the Democrats can go read it. But I have no reason to believe the Nadler and the Democrats will come up with some other poison pill like the did with Barr.

The Democrats in Congress didn't want the investigation to end, even going so far as demanding the President's son to appear with the threat of daily fines and jail time. Now they seem to be less interested.

Oh, we haven't had indictments filed yet but that's like announcing to the world: These are the charges. The prosecution part carries many portions, one of those portions is the investigating part. And if we should know anything about that, we need only look back at the Mueller investigation itself.

Comey's sweating his pants, because he himself knows the laws he broke, so did Baker.

TWO... Any status report on the Huber investigation?? 18 months later?? Even Mueller had a few indictments by that time...

P.S. The IG's report is going to mirror the other IG report... there was probable bias against Trump in general, but it didn't affect the FISA warrant process...

Submitting fraudulent information is a lie. Try it in court sometime, it wouldn't go over well. And if we really have an equal system of law, it shouldn't go well for those who signed the FISA warrant. They told material lies and omitted information.

Huber was assisting the DIA and CIA, now we have full blown DOJ investigation and a grand jury and I expect subpoenas coming.
