The Trump Administration used the opportunity to make sure that the FBI investigation was deliberately short and deliberately shallow. They already had Kavanaugh’s side kick hidden away. They made sure the investigation was a sham. The FBI didn’t even interview most of the witnesses, including Kavanaugh himself. It was a joke. And one done right out in the open.
