    Thought you meant Obamacare ACA.
DACA has not been ruled unconstitutional by SCOTUS. If it is, Obama will have overstepped but that’s what the courts are there for.

Obama said about DACA that it was unconstitutional.

100,000+ illegals steaming across our border monthly is a crisis. Only fools would say otherwise.

It is down like 74% from earlier in the year and yet it is still a "national crisis?" Bullshit, it is not a national crisis. Certainly not one worthy of trump declaring that he gets to unilaterally go around congress.

    This post is incredibly nonsensical.

At that time, caravans we’re bring launched weekly and over 100,000 we’re crossing illegally every month.

I don’t know why the “no borders” crowd get’s so upset; we’ve never really had a southern border.

And yet trump's national emergency declaration, as well as his use of funds designated by Congress for other purposes, continues.

It's CNN, par for the course to get their base fired up. Three people wrote this article, two more contributed, and I felt like I was reading something from a high school C average student that didn't take the time to remove double words, etc. It must be as tough as a pillow fight to get a degree in journalism and work for the MSM these days.

Here's a little common sense test for you...

Snip from a famous speech from Churchill

We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender.

Q - Who is Churchill fighting?? He doesn't say....

Democrats know their party was the real disgrace. That's why they spend all of their time trying to get Trump in that "gotcha" moment.

They constantly call us Hitlers but the dude could literally come back from the dead and say "I'm here for you" to them and they'd vote for him without hesitation.

Why is it only "common sense" when it comes to the "gotcha" moments with Trump? Why wasn't it common sense when guilty Hillary acted retarded over her emails and Benghazi and deflected all the time? Why wasn't it common sense when divide and conquer Obama took sides with thugs like Michael Brown over law enforcement? Why isn't it common sense when racist Bloomberg wanted blacks thrown against a wall and frisked since it was 5 whole years ago?

The double standards need to go before y'all can start preaching to us about common sense.

There's another "common sense" moment that is ignored. Kim Foxx and Michelle Obama both have ties to Smole-yay and nobody mentions them.

I agree with you - an employer/boss has the right to fire anyone he chooses. Especially if his employee does not share the same goal. His responsibility is to follow labor laws and ensure they are followed. But once applying that analogy to Trump, we diverge.

Trump simply hasn't let employees go - he attacks them on twitter after the fact. Mercilessly. Childishly. No employer would do that - and if they did, I imagine the labor board or the law would have something to say about it.

Trump's reasons for firing them - using your example - is that they are not sharing the same goal. Again, this is a bit of a problem for me. What goal did they not share with Trump when House witnesses showed up after receiving a subpoena? And what about Vindman's brother? What was the reason for firing him?

I will accept and respect the fact that supporters are happy with the policies and results of Trump. But to support him now - on this issue - is turning a blind eye to corruption. Trump is letting everyone know that if they publicly disagree with him or do something that doesn't please him, there will be consequences. I am aware that supporters do not like or tolerate the comparison of Trump to oligarchs or dictators, but this Stone situation is demonstrating that case perfectly.

Its very entertaining reading through this and seeing people trying to tie it to all kinds of other things.
Some things are just cut and dry. Trump really needs to chill out with this tweeting thing

Where did he say: "Trump’s middle-of-the-night tweet" ?

    He didn't.

In other words, you just made up the "Trump’s middle-of-the-night tweet" line. More fake news.

Barr is an awesome AG. I can't wait to see him tear the Democrats apart next month.
