    It's sort of sad Barr turned out to be a Trump tool, since he's actually a well spoken man... I like listening to him... Certainly better than Sessions, or heaven help us, Matt Whitaker....

    According to the Mueller investigation, Putin's goal was to spread disinformation, and division...the left has signed right up to be his puppet.

    It's very clear to me now what the disconnect is... Mueller is fine that Barr didn't indict anybody for OOJ legally, since that wasn't Mueller's intent..

    Mueller's clear intent was that Congress handle this, like they did with Nixon.

    Ooops... The AG said there is no requirement for an 'underlying crime' to commit OOJ... shoots that theory down...

    Yeah, I figured that's the way Barr would go... attempt to treat "firing" Mueller different than "removing" Mueller.... What a load of crap...

    There's no "requirement" per supreme court ruling, but I'd love to debate that in front of a court and a lawyer. To me, an investigation is no longer valid if the predicate reasoning is no longer valid.

    Otherwise, we could unwittingly 'obstruct' any unknown investigation into an unknown item.

    Clearly, the investigation into his OOJ wasn't unknown to Trump.... unless nobody told him it was the lead story in the NY Times 3 days prior, which I guess is plausible with this guy....

    But there was no recommnedation of crimes....the DOJ doesn't conduct criminal investigations, just to lay out information for the public...they look for crimes.

    I think we all knew the lead story, and now Barr has revealed the entirety of that story to be a lie. What this means, fundamentally is that someone within Counsel is leaking information. We got that confirmation via Buzzfeed. So not only is Mueller a coward, but he either willingly allowed or unwittingly allowed for this information to be leaked.

    We're at the same place we were with the Flynn tapes. It might even be possible that it's the same leaker.

    Mueller specifically noted that a sitting president cannot be indicated, laid out a series of obstructive efforts by Bonespurs J. Criminal, and then specifically noted that it's Congress' job to hold a corrupt president to account.

    Which possible OOJ was Mueller investigating Trump for at that time?? Flynn or Firing of Comey?
