I'm actually fairly liberal on social issues... which brings me very close to libertarian.

It is focusing on national defense (like we were ever not defended) that has allowed China run roughshod over America.

We have wasted our money on the basis of a rag tag group of extremist Muslims rather than fighting the real war which is economic.

All it really takes to be a libertarian is to support classic liberalism which is a political ideology that advocates limited government, constitutionalism, rule of law, due process, individual liberties including freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and free markets.

The United States was founded on classic liberalism but sadly Republicans and Democrats have rejected it over the years.

 

The real economic war is with our government which has corrupted the free market based upon faux Keynesianism.
