you know very well that hawaii's official BC is the COLB. You also know that virtually every state in the union now uses a COLB instead of a long form. You also know that every states BC is accepted without question in every other state(it's called the FF&C clause). You also know that the COLB is accepted by every single govn't agency as a means of identification.

Allegiance in Parentage is the Country you are a Citizen of. Some other Country may have Jurisdiction over you, simply because of your location, but your location does not change your Allegiance.

If it takes Citizen Parents to make you Natural Born abroad, then it takes the same thing to be Natural Born on the soil.

Natural causes do not change Allegiance simply because of where you are Born. Jurisdiction yes, Allegiance no.

It's possible that Obama doesn't KNOW whether or not he's natural born.

Are YOU sure of where you were born? You don't remember it. And if you have reason to believe that your parents lied to you, etc. you might not be sure of where you were born either. There could be reasons your birth certificate might be wrong or changed. And if there aren't fingerprints, it could be someone else's birth certificate!

If you want a constitutional government then you must abide by con law. If not then you can make it anything you want as you go along.

the constitution specifies who can be president and its not someone naturalized or someone who is black.

If you want naturalized and if you want black then change the constitution and the supporting laws.
