I have decided that in this fall's midterm election, in the Texas Senate race, I will be voting for Cruz. After studying the positions of both Cruz and Beto I have come to the conclusion that their positions on various issues are of no concern to me. I will not be voting for Cruz as much as I will be voting against Beto. Why, you may ask? Because I do not like the ancestry of Beto. We don't need any more of his kind in America. They can stay on their side of the border.

we really just need a fifteen dollar an hour minimum wage, unemployment compensation for being unemployed on an at-will basis in our at-will employment States, and Industrial Automation to help with social costs.

Well since illegal immigration and the scheme of globalism is keeping wages lower, as everything else goes up in price, there is a place for a much higher min wage. Hell, if just adjusted up for inflation using the 1969 min wage rates would help. It would be close to 15 bucks if adjusted up, and one then has to wonder, HOW in the hell did that 1.65 min wage in 1969, NOT implode business? ha ha ha. This is evidence the argument against a 15 buck min wage is BS. I remember 1969. People were doing well, business was booming and life was good for our middle class.

And we were still suffering from that abject thing we called "income creep". People were getting raises which put them in higher tax brackets!! It was horrible!! But we were still working in a New Deal economy too. A reasonable profit, and before corporations no longer had any social responsibility expected of them. The 1980s changed that!! And look where it led!! Down the tubes unless you are at the top of the pyramid. Who woulda thunk it? ha ha We live in times of absurdity and disinfo. To the great benefit of the upper class. Just a fact folks.

What positions are those and how do they differ from the establishment GOP positions? I find their positions anti middle class, anti working americans, and pro elites. How about Cruz?

People voted for sanders and trump, demanding change from the establishment status quo which is hurting, destructive upon middle class and working americans. I sensed, saw this demand for change and predicted here trump would beat hillary, even if I was not voting for trump. I was right. Which wasn't hard to be, if one just pays attention.

Cruz, unless he is a candidate of change will never stand a chance in hell. Americans have awoke, enough of them, and more are waking up each year. And what the GOP offers is the wrong stuff at the wrong time. Same with the establishment DP.

Yes, his ancestry is why I will vote against him and for Cruz.

I said I don't care what their positions on issues might be. Do read what I post if you plan to reply to my posts. I am voting for Cruz and against Beto because of where he and his family came from to America. We don't need any more of his kind here.

So you think the Irish don't need to be in America? Don't get me wrong, I'm a Cruz fan over any democrat, but Beto is a 4th generation Irish American, while Cruz is a second generation Cuban American.

The right wing are a bunch of drama queens with obsolete economic technology. They are stuck with their pre-WWII German economic model regarding inflation.

FDR's brand of socialism ensures we don't get a repeat of 1929.

The great depression was in large part due to Democrat policies.

No problem. I don't think Beto is counting much on the racist bigot vote, but you are certainly Cruz's target audience.

    LOL!

Beto is a lying Irish politician. We've had more than our fair share of those type....lying politician. What I'm against is Beto using the name Beto thinking we are so stupid we will think he is Latin descent, therefore get more of the Mexican vote. Anyone that willing to play games to get votes is not needed in politics.

You bet. How do you feel about a candidate who throws away his integrity and self respect for politics sake? Cruz is now a staunch Trump supporter, but that only happened recently. Here's what Cruz said about Trump not too long ago. Can you guess why he changed his mind?

Now that is just too funny. I'm a racist bigot because I am going to vote for the Cuban guy rather than the fourth generation white guy. Do try to read what you are posting before you post.

Typical American Airlines pilot. Does your airline approve of your racism?

I'll be voting a straight Libertarian ticket. If no Libertarians are on the ballot, I'll vote for the challenger regardless of party.

    Again...LOL!

I am the racist because I plan to vote for the cuban guy instead of the white guy. Now that's just too, too funny.

    I like the Libertarian philosophy.

    Quote:

Libertarianism is a collection of political philosophies and movements that uphold liberty as a core principle. Libertarians seek to maximize political freedom and autonomy, emphasizing freedom of choice, voluntary association, and individual judgment. Libertarians share a skepticism of authority and state power, but they diverge on the scope of their opposition to existing political and economic systems.

    Unquote.

    What's not to love?

Incorrect. You're the racist because you posted this:
Why not just say you disagree with his politics? Why bring up racism ("his kind", "ancestry") into it?

Agreed on Libertarianism in general but not completely with the LP itself.

...what? You said ancestry and border. What is his ancestry that makes you choose him over a guy from Canada and cuba?

LOL! This is getting way too funny.

It's Beto that is playing the race card in this election, not me. Beto is using the name "Beto" because he thinks it makes him sound "Mexican". He thinks that those of Latin roots would be more likely to vote for him if he uses the name Beto than just because of his positions. He is insulting all non-white voters. He is the racist in this election.

I was asked by one of his campaign workers to consider Beto and study his positions. I did. I went to his web site and started to read. I can honestly say there was not one of his position that I could support. So, I am voting for the Cuban guy vice the white guy.....and this makes me a racist in the Liberal world.

If a Republican tried this cultural appropriation there would be a MSM outcry. What we have now from the press is the sound of crickets.

Maybe he is, but so are you. Denying it just makes you look silly because it's in your OP:
