Sorry, that was basically repeating what you said before. The diagnosis code for gender dysphoria is F64.9 in the latest version of the ICD-10. Of course I shouldn't even need to provide that. If a disorder has a diagnosis code, it's a diagnosis. For a disorder/illness/condition.

As for who he chooses to sleep with? Don't know. Don't care. As for playing dress up pretending you are something you are not because you hate how you were born? That's an identity disorder.
