Biden just has to whine on twitter and then he can ignore subpoenas. That’s how it works isn’t it?

Biden demands due process and won’t comply with any subpoena until he can question trump and Rudy and Zelensky under oath

Nor did Trump unless you have another transcript out there. You're inferring a crime was committed when there is no evidence it had. That's why the Democrats are reluctant to vote on Impeachment. It could be a death nail into their 2020 election aspirations, if not already with this debacle over the last 3 years, presented by the left.

Oh, there is a trial going on? I'm fairly sure that if a trial was taking place, Trump would be required to adhere to any subpoena.

You must be referring to Sondland who, in his initial testimony, stated there was NO QPQ and then only AFTER his testimony, changed his statement after deliberating with Schiff... Yeah, seems legit!

I think oath has been replaced with the newer Democrat hypocrisy rule. Democrat politicians found that Oath was to cumbersome and only complicates matters from what I understand ¯\_(º¸º)_/¯

If impeachment goes through, Republicans will call Adam Schiff to testify privately and publicly.

That will be entertaining. Especially when they catch him lying.

Just need the democrats to vote so we can get this party started. I've been advocating to get this to trial since the whistle blower first made their presence known. I feel that ALLOT of dirty laundry will be aired during such a trial and will be an eye opening event. Let's drain this swamp together, shall we?

Shokin was connected to the pro-Russian Ukrainian oligarchs (including Dmitry Firtash, currently in the process of being extradited to the U.S. for charges under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, by a Federal Court in Chicago. The specific charges involve bribing people in an Indian company bidding on a Boeing Company contract for titanium. There were general western complaints (the IMF, the EU) that Shokin was not investigating Ukrainian corruption fast enough. The IMF held-up similar funding and loans in excess of $1 billion for the same reason. And, of course, Biden never actually held up funding, but only threatened to do so, unless Shokin was dismissed. The Ukrainian President and the Ukrainian Parliament complied.

The difference is that Biden was carrying out U.S. policy, in the national interests of the U.S., whereas Trump actually held-up funding as a quid pro quo for Ukraine favors consisting of launching investigations into a probable 2020 political opponent and the overturning of a conclusion already reached by his own administration, with the indictment of the Russian "hackers."

I agree, this way they can call the truth about how the collusion thing got started scandalous retaliation. Unfortunately for them someone's still going to jail.

I don't care who else gets dragged into it, as long as Trump is brought to justice.

BUT, Trump's CRIMES Must be the MAJOR FOCUS (and that is paramount), no matter who else gets caught up in it.:salute:

The Democrats don't control the Senate and Trump's attorney has the right to subpoena Biden and Hunter since they are material to the case. Don't think Trump won't.

Sorry, Presidents have Executive Privilege and can ignore a subpoena from Congress. Both Joe Biden and Hunter are private citizens and can be subpoenaed. That's why I doubt impeachment will ever get to the floor of the house let alone a vote. Because if it moves to the Senate for Trial which it must. Trump's attorney will subpoena them all.

    Speaking of "trolling"...

..WHY did you post an OPINION Post (Dated October 8th) in "Current" Events?

Anyway, get back to me WHEN Biden is actually called to testify.

This OP Link is just some Speculative BS (from a RW Tinfoil Hat).

    Thanks in advance.

    Until then? :bored:

That's why this will never get out of Schiff for brains committee. If it goes to the floor for a vote to impeach and it passes, it must go to the Senate for trial. Then Trump's attorney is sure to subpoena the aforementioned people. Pelosi can't let that happen. This is a sham and smear job plain and simple.

    Re-read what Trump said.

The other thing, there’s a lot of talk about Biden’s son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it ... It sounds horrible to me.

He asked the Ukraine President to follow up on a self admitted Abuse of Office by Biden and coordinate with the US Attorney General. Who was he supposed to ask Biden? If Biden hadn't said.........

If Biden really did this then he would be unfit for being President. If Biden didn't do it then it would go nowhere with the AG, if he did he should be brought to justice.

The guy admitted to it on video tape, so of course it deserves further investigation to determine if he was BSing or he really did it. The guy wants to be President. We could ask Biden if he broke the law but he'll likely just say it wasn't true and he was bragging. So we have to ask the other side which is what Trump did.

Back to the circular argument again. There are witnesses that say otherwise.
