There was never a reason for a UVA student to go downtown. I was in C'Ville for 4 years full time undergraduate, commuted for advanced degrees for another 5 years. I never went downtown, never saw the statue.

It is your contention that because he had committed a crime, he was trying to get away although he was not actually being chased. With that being the case, he thought that the best way to get away was to drive down the center of a parade running over whomever is in his path, and then he figured after all of this carnage, he would simply park his car, call an Uber, and then report his car stolen. Is that an accurate portrayal of what you are claiming?

That is some of the strangest logic that I have ever witnessed. Personally, if I had committed a crime, was driving in my car and not being chased, my move would be to drive the speed limit being careful to not attract attention and I would drive to wherever I were going to hide in order to avoid having to live up to the responsibility for whatever crime that I may have committed and perhaps I would ditch my car somewhere inconspicuous so as not to lead to wherever I was hiding. Driving down the center of a parade route, thus drawing incalculable attention to myself, would be the absolute LAST thing that any even semi logical person would do.

You cannot HONESTLY believe your explanation. It defies logic. It makes no sense whatsoever. All you are doing is trying to fabricate anything in your head that could point to any motive other than him protesting the nearby Rittenhouse verdict despite his social media posting history that might indicate otherwise. While one cannot prove the connection to Rittenhouse verdict, one can logically contemplate it being the case. One cannot logically contemplate your explanation. It is downright silly.
