There is no such thing as conservative in any great number.

And I suspect, after all this covid free money and how well the economy recovered from the crash. More free money will be on the way in some form.

my guess is that this a good way to help the hotel business to recover from the Corona lockdown ..

rather than just send the millionaire hotel chain owners a check
using their rooms for humanitarian reasons AND getting paid is a win for both biden and hotels

how many cruise ships are getting a bailout?? they should park down near corpus christi and be loaded with immigrants and bring them back to central america on a cruise ship

at least this way the cruise ship have to provide a service for the money the government of forking over to bail them out
