The results of the impeachment is equivalent to a finding of NOT guilty in a regular criminal trial.

Biden has no duty to report gifts from Hunter or any duty to pay taxes on them. Hunter is the guilty one. For Joes security clearance I suspect he violated some law by not disclosing these gifts originating from foreigners. But Biden is a democrat so they wont even initiate an investigation even with the abundance of evidence in Hunters laptop.
