The only doctoring going on is the left trying to say Joe was saying what he meant, he was stumbling all over himself trying to be coherent.

There was no context to that 60 seconds, it was a man trying to recover from a mind slip. Nothing wrong with trying to recover, we would all do the same. Nothing wrong with a mind slip, we all have them. The issue it he has too many of them, this is not a isolated incident. And he will continue to have them, most likely they will happen more often as the pressure ramps up on him. He has a few in a national debate with Trump and it will hurt him badly with moderate voters. The crazed lefties watching would vote for whoever was debating Trump so he is bulletproof with them.
