    perhaps say something like “Who cares, people can change their minds”, or some other drivel lmao.

    The left continuously displays a lack of logical consistency when it comes to who they believe are racist, and why they believe it. It’s about who says something, not what is said as far as they are concerned.

    Either way, some honest people will see this and just have another reason why they know Biden isn’t the one.

    Biden and Trump were both correct. There is nothing wrong with pride in Confederate heritage and there is nothing hateful about it. Confederate heritage is not the KKK. But some people are either to ignorant to know the difference, or they're too stubborn to admit it.

    Biden will say whatever he needs to say at the time to get votes. He was for legally hammering blacks before he was for pandering to them. He's just offering more empty promises and a lot of blacks will be naive enough to fall for it. Hell, they have been doing it since Johnson.

    There are plenty of people with pride in their Confederate heritage, and many (hell, I'm sure most) are fine people. Historically ignorant, but still fine people. They are historical revisionists, not monsters.

    Most people with pride in Confederate heritage rely on straw men and refuse to acknowledge the history of secession and the Confederacy. They primarily seceded over slavery. There is no honest way of denying this. The primary sources are unequivocal.

    Again, most people who fly the "Confederate flag," which isn't the actual Confederate flag, don't do so because they are racist, but they do so while ignorant (wittingly or unwittingly) of the primary role that slavery and white supremacy played in secession and the formation of the Confederacy as a nation.

    I gave you the benefit of the doubt that your lack of knowledge was sincere and you'd care about facts. My mistake. I'm not going to keep correcting you, any more than I'd engage in a debate with someone claiming water isn't wet, or with a drooling drug addict on the street corner talking about aliens.

    I didn't say that the Civil War was about slavery. I said secession was about slavery and that the Confederacy was primarily concerned with slavery. I've said it over and over again: the Civil War was about secession; secession was about slavery. This is objective fact. I'm "parroting" nothing more than the words of Confederates from the time period. I've mentioned my sources, which you are incapable of addressing.

    Anyone claiming that the South didn't secede primarily over slavery has either failed to read or refuses to do so. Could be both, I guess.

    There's a reason why I'm always willing to actually reference the writings of Confederates and why history-denying Confederate apologists like yourself are rarely willing to do so.
