It is only illegal if the jury convicts. If people want street drugs the jurors should stop convicting the drug users. Imagine if the next 200,000 drug cases were found not guilty.

Under Obama when I went back to work in 2010 after being my Dad's care giver till he passed away, I was getting raises of $0.10 to $0.25 and hour per year. My first raise under Trump was something like $1.50 an hour per year, each subsequent years was $1.00 an hour per year. Why do you think I'm voting for Trump.

The only reason that gangs deal drugs is because drugs are illegal and can consequently be sold for highly inflated prices if you are willing to take the risk of dealing in an illegal substance. Do you really think that anybody would deal with a dangerous gang and pay them hundreds of dollars for something they can buy readily at a legal dispensary with no risk and for much less money?

If you have heard of "vaping deaths" many are because the cartels are making their own for cheaper than the highly taxed prices that the legal stuff sells for.

Ray is referencing a July report by 2News about the DEA warning about undetectable drugs in vaping cartridges, specifically THC cartridges. Many of those tainted THC cartridges came from drug cartels. But the DEA never mentioned over-the-counter vaping products, which Ray is claiming.

Here in Colorado pot is legal, there are still gangs that sell it ther cartels still grow it illegally both in town and out in the national forests where they do great damage.
The cartels and gangs are not going to give up the cash cow that easily.
