Look how he answers a healthcare question. He thinks the ACA was repealed. He also thinks that Trump referred to WW1 Veterans as losers. Total F-ing like. No witnesses have confirmed. None have been identified, Trump has sources saying it didn't happen.


The second clip in this link is when Anderson Cooper finished Biden's sentence. He had done often during the Town Hall. Cooper constantly has to get Biden on message. Clearly, the questions and political talking points were coordinated and scripted by the White House and CNN.
