By the way, with all that get-up on how do we know it's Biden? Not to be a conspiracy type, but with the increasing advancement in computer manipulated imagery at what point do we no longer trust anything we see unless it's seen in person? Peter Cushing looked just as alive in that Star Wars movie as he once was, and it's only gonna improve.

Unfortunately as bad as he appears is bad enough. Another walk out in front of the press, read a statement or more like stumble through a statement, he forgot the name of his SecDef had to call him "that guy", then run off stage.

Yep here is Biden on a power ride!

Did you see him today walk out to give another announcement and he could not remember his SecDef's name, had to call him "that guy" as he stumbled trying to remember. And of course immediate exit stage right.

HA HA! My brother, who spent the last 4 years raging about Trump finally voted for the first time in his life last election and for who else, Biden. I visited him yesterday and the first thing he did was start raging about Biden...I simply put a finger to my lips and shook my head. He got the message, nodded and hung his for a moment. Wonder how MANY Biden voters are already feeling the same way? Fine by me, I'll never tire of telling them "Well, you said anybody but Trump".....

I have many Marine friends and they do not defecate from the mouth. I have never been one to go tell. I confront sewer talk.

It's not exactly an uphill ride!
Missed that geriatric stumble but I saw part of it. Looked like he was straining to read in a monotone. I really don't know how long they can cover for this guy. He is worn out.

    Darth Gravis said......
"You failed that test awhile back..... I asked you to show exactly how Trump enriched himself in four years as President and you wimped out.
I gave you a link and you ignored it. Typical."

Sure, he gave a link that said he made 1.6 billion while President. Thought you knew what being a capitalist was all about Gravis? When you own properties and have businesses, you don't just shut them down to be President! Of Course I ignored your Drival!

And golf isn't just riding in a golf cart is it. Biden says he was a scratch golfer why isn't he playing?

Did you see him forget the name of HIS SecDef today having to referring to him as "that guy"? And "that guy" was standing there right behind him, how embarrassing for him.

When you drive your cart to within 2 feet of your ball, pretty much that is all it is.

Drive and swing you club 100 times or so in Trump's case.
I guess he is too busy running the country. sort of like Trump said he would be...but then we found out he lied to us all.

I did not. I do not watch TV news.

No I hunt with quite a few of them. We talk about Nam, shoot our bows together and skin big game animals together. They don't need to shoot their mouths off to sound tough. They don't need to make up for their inadequacies with septic words.

Once again, they are just words. Why do they bother you so very much?

What makes one word septic and another word ok?

Who decides what words are septic?

Why do the words on that list always change?

They have never changed. Words have meaning. They reflect the human spirit and what goes on inside a person. Having worked on Masonry crews from the age of 18 til late 20's I heard the f bomb used as punctuation daily. Not from everyone but from enough I learned to discern their character. Words only change in certain circles. I admit, I slip up now and then but I work hard to keep my standards higher.

OK now we have officially entered upside down world.
Now presidential golfing is a good thing?
The ability to golf somehow is an indicator of presidential fitness?
Bush was criticized for golfing and vowed to give it up, Obama was criticized for golfing and the price it cost taxpayers, Trump criticized golfing presidents, Trump then hypocritically spent more time on the links than any other president and was criticized for it (and ridiculously defended by his supporters). Why would any politician want to golf?
But beleive me, no one has ever ever ever seen presidential golfing as a sign of aptitude, ability, or competence in any way shape or form. Thank God, otherwise we would have had Wendel Wilkkie instead of FDR to get us through WWII.
I have zero interest in the sporting prowess of septugenarians, and don't think that there is any correlation to their ability to be 'fit enough' to be president.
A 78 year old has daily workout routine. Seems in good shape. Good enough for me.

Of course they change. 100 years ago the word "bloody" was today's version of ****.

Yes they do. And so far your words reflect a special snowflake.

If someone says darn vice damn, they mean the same thing and are being said for the same reason yet only one is bad, and even that one is not seen as bad any more.

Simply not true. There was a time when the word **** was not allowed to be said on broadcast TV, now you can find it in books for teens.

you should not allow words to have such power over you.

I understand completely......when you live in the cesspool, you see life through that lens. Yours is a world of what is called "moral relativity". It is in constant decline.

"The guy who runs that outfit over there" is the complete quote. "That outfit" being the Pentagon.

At this rate my prediction Harris would be POTUS before 2022 might prove to be correct.

Though if I were you I would be careful what I hoped for.

"Hope" is not a word I would use about either Biden or Harris. "Stuck with" would be the more accurate term.

You've done plenty of that yourself. Darth, you were in the Marines. Part of being a Marine is being disciplined. The tongue is like a rudder on a ship. It is a tiny instrument comparably speaking but it can turn the direction of a large ship. Words are important. Discipline your tongue.
I think you know the answer to all your questions. Words don't change. People do. They become callous to course language. Along with that change is a loss of consciousness of what they communicate. It shows little consideration as to how they effect others. So you may continue on the declining road if you wish.
