'Birdwatcher' Will Not Participate in Prosecution of the Woman Who Called 911 on Him

he was in the right up until he tried to give her dog food to take him from her... both could have behaved better

don't think either is guilty of a crime though

luckily ended well, no one is dead...

the case this reminds me of is the 911 parking space guy... that was really handled wrong by both sides... me personally, I do not get involved, cause never know how the other side will respond, just not worth it

 

No twisting by their own statements. He issued a veiled threat she over reacted. I don't think that necessarily a good thing on either part but it need go no further.

His statement is enough for her to call on, and enough for her to spin that she was anxious over. SPIN being the key word. You SPIN something that isn't really true and only appears to be. FFS. READ THEN POST.

Its enough for her to make the call out, with that spin, so its going to be enough to skate charges. Its also why the dude didn't participate because he didn't want her filing a civil claim against him for that threat which would be essentially her only defense. As it stands, cases like this disappear when the witnesses refuse to show. Same in DV cases. You need the he said or all you have is the she said.
