Along with most Americans, Black Lives Matter supporters voiced views on the attacks via Twitter, yet instead of messages of love, the movement responded with a despicable #(*)(*)(*)(*)Paris tag
Putting aside the fact that this story is more than a week old, blaming the entire movement for this is stupid. On the other hand, my FB timeline was full of "(*)(*)(*)(*) Paris" and "I don't care about France because we're not French" type of posts. I fought the urge to stick my fist through the screen.
I spent so long supporting their campaign, F*** PARIS!? Those who died in that attack were my fellow men and women, and after I and I'm sure many others like me have supported their call, F*** PARIS!?! That's absurd. ABSURD. This is wrong, terrorists recently killed 168 of my fellow brothers and sisters and now these people who have been activists to save African lives care nothing for those killed who are not of that race?
