The guy who's been streaming this just said they're taking the stream down for a few minutes to get better equipment and will be back up in 10-15 minutes.

 

Isn't it odd how we literally know the names of every black guy killed by cops? Meaning, it must not happen very often. Why don't we ever hear the names of white guys killed by cops? How about Hispanics, Asian, etc?

Minnesota also has a 3rd degree murder charge right above the manslaughter charges. That would be your lesser charge for a jury to fall back on.

Personally, I don't see how the officer can say there was no intent in the moment by kneeling on his neck for several minutes after the man passed out. He would have to claim to be a functional idiot.

 

Damn shame that nobody waits for the facts to come out. I'll admit it looks very bad for the LEO's involved but let the truth come out and then make an informed decision.

The more I watch that video the more I’m convinced that’s 2nd degree murder. I don’t care what Floyd did prior to being handcuffed. The police are not the judge and jury. Once handcuffed and on the ground Floyd was not a threat. That officer needs to be charged with murder in the 2nd and the other 3 officers (whom I did not see in the video and am only going on what is reported) need to be at least charged with accomplice to negligent homicide. That was wrong police procedure in every manner.
