    And almost killed Reginald Denny

And recall how those attackers were nicknamed "The LA Four" and the black community defended them and declared it was payback that they attacked this innocent man as they burned down LA.

You can do whatever you want to do. This is America, the land of the free and the home of the brave. Why is your son too lazy to get his own refrigerator and waiting on you to steal one for him?

Justice now is for the officers, it's call due process. There are 3 or 4 investigations in process, the officers have been fired, not suspended but fired. We don't rush to justice we follow due process and I have little doubt they will be brought to trial. The riots and looting help NOTHING!! In fact it will turn more AGAINST the black community. It will hurt the black community more than it will help.

Of course I guess you could lead the lynch mob to their houses and string them up on the nearest tree, is that justice?

Thug cops go barge into people's homes in the middle of the night so that they can murder them when they react to people breaking down their doors. When that happens the cops, including the chief, should be charged and convicted of first degree murder because they planned to kill the occupants beforehand.

He didn't have a clean record. He had felonies covered up by being a juvenile. Yet he had several guns and even boobytrapped his door.

The first does show more of what happened as they tried to put him in the vehicle at the :38 mark but then it cuts off. It is from that point until the officer put his knee on his neck I'd like to see. That being said the key part is AFTER they had him on the ground and the officer did what he did for those 7 minutes after any fight was over.

Yes seriously. I already posted the statute for 2nd degree, #886. Show how this is ramped up from a manslaughter to 2nd degree murder. As I said in that post, I am torn between the two based on the evidence at hand, but it will be difficult to prosecute under the 2nd degree statute. Yes people will emotionally yell MURDER, but the law is the law.

Cite from MN law. And killing someone because of negligence is manslaughter.

    1. Source of claim of felonies?

    2. Where is the body camera footage?

    3. Guns were legally purchased.

the problem is, people have tried it your way, and the system fails them

I have no issues with protesting government abuse... I do not support violence or taking over federal building at gunpoint though

He was handcuffed at that point. The time between the time he fell, with cuffs on, and the next moment with the cop's knee is too short of a time for him to have tried to escape. It's pretty hard to try and escape while handcuffed and on the ground, while two cops are holding your arms.

That person's life matters less to me. Story behind that death is that a looter was trying to rob a pawn shop and the pawn shop owner shot him.

I've seen countless whites and other races as well as blacks in the riots. Some people of all races will no longer tolerate thug cop behavior, so if the elite won't control the thug cops, the people will. The New Hampshire State constitution approves of the people overthrowing the elite by force if necessary. More and more people are losing their fear and simply will not tolerate thug cops and people who cover up for them.

This just shows what a liar America is when it whines about oppression in other countries. Heck, we taught other countries how to oppress their people. It is bad public policy to let cops get away with murder, especially in plain sight.

Speaking of lynching, it is not a federal crime. And they used to publish notices in the newspapers when the mob was going to lynch people and no one in the government did a thing to stop it. That is justice in America.

Wonder where the jobs are going to go. Businesses were going to have a hard enough time bouncing back from the Covid-19 shutdown, now why bother.

Roster does not need to cite any law. He as a self proclaimed FBI field cheif should be more than enough.
