A law that impose limits based on precedents and actions by the state. In the case of France, their actions in the 20th century, especialy during WW2 mandated the passing of a law restricting those type of reprehensible actions. So the law is about the actions that resulted from anti-semitic and hate speech and not the right to say such speech per say. He's accused of incitation...

Well, seeing as rural Nigeria has nothing the West wants to either exploit or 'protect' stories like this get relegated to page 7.
The same with the Congo and Rwanda genocides where up to a million were either murdered or displaced. But 12 people are killed in modern, sophisticated Paris and the whole media world goes into a frenzy.

As for conservatives raising the issue of black on black crime in America, I don't know of any progressives that don't think its a major problem, but I do know that many racists keep whining about what they perceive as a lack of coverage, as tho there is some great racial conspiracy to hide the truth of matters.

 

Catholics and Protestants were fighting, bombing and killing each other until just a few years ago. Where? Northern Ireland. And, just in case we felt left out, the IRA scum decided that bombing the UK mainland would make us feel better.
