Yes it was. The entire investigation was a sham. They didn’t intend to charge her with anything. They found the body in her house and they let her destroy it and all she had to do to get off, was say she never really intended to do anything wrong. She just could recall anything that happened. Truly amazing she couldn’t recall getting caught and then couldn’t recall deleting data on servers she had no right to have control over and if no idea devices of people working under her were being destroyers as well. They let her walk because who knows the dirt she had on those investigating her. Who knows who she would destroy on her way out. It’s why politicians shouldn’t be allowed to live in DC their entire lives. They become too powerful and connected and corrupt.
