He made the promise. He failed to deliver. So he broke the promise.

If he was not able to deliver - if delivery of the promise was within the control of others - he was pretty stupid to make the promise in the first place.

But his stupidity in making a promise he couldn't deliver doesn't change the fact that he DID make the promise and he DIDN'T deliver. Ergo, he broke his promise.

Trump is doing the best thing he can, sit back and let Obama Care collapse on the Democrats heads and keep reminding the the public who passed that trash without a single Republican vote. You'll know when it's about to go down, the Democrats will be whining in public that the Republicans won't fix it.

You mean like Obama promising everybody's health insurance premiums would go down by $2,500 a year? Or if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. If you like your health plan, you can keep your health plan? Like that Bo?

Some day maybe (but I doubt it) you and Trump will realize winning the election doesn't make a successful term in office....but I also doubt either of you care.....very Anti-American.

I don't agree with that assessment but even if it was accurate here's the thing...

...its so immeasurably better than having Hillary Clinton as President.

Different strokes for different folks. Personally, I think eliminating
Notice a different cause? Anecdotal perceptions do not necessarily a true picture make.

Hillary was going to inundate America with millions of uneducated, uncivilized, violent, and savage "refugees" who were going to live on the government dollar for the rest of their lives and for future generations while being allowed to rape our women and children all in exchange for voting Democrat.

Democrats have been engineering the extinction of White Christian America for decades as the segway to power and this "refugee" crisis they manufactured is last war America will ever lose.

I hope you don't have children/grandchildren because their future is ****ed unless the DNC is defeated.

    Trump's healthcare "plan".
    1. Completely repeal Obamacare. Our elected representatives must eliminate the individual mandate. No person should be required to buy insurance unless he or she wants to.
    2. Modify existing law that inhibits the sale of health insurance across state lines. As long as the plan purchased complies with state requirements, any vendor ought to be able to offer insurance in any state. By allowing full competition in this market, insurance costs will go down and consumer satisfaction will go up.
    3. Allow individuals to fully deduct health insurance premium payments from their tax returns under the current tax system. Businesses are allowed to take these deductions so why wouldn’t Congress allow individuals the same exemptions? As we allow the free market to provide insurance coverage opportunities to companies and individuals, we must also make sure that no one slips through the cracks simply because they cannot afford insurance. We must review basic options for Medicaid and work with states to ensure that those who want healthcare coverage can have it.
    4. Allow individuals to use Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Contributions into HSAs should be tax-free and should be allowed to accumulate. These accounts would become part of the estate of the individual and could be passed on to heirs without fear of any death penalty. These plans should be particularly attractive to young people who are healthy and can afford high-deductible insurance plans. These funds can be used by any member of a family without penalty. The flexibility and security provided by HSAs will be of great benefit to all who participate.
    5. Require price transparency from all healthcare providers, especially doctors and healthcare organizations like clinics and hospitals. Individuals should be able to shop to find the best prices for procedures, exams or any other medical-related procedure.
    6. Block-grant Medicaid to the states. Nearly every state already offers benefits beyond what is required in the current Medicaid structure. The state governments know their people best and can manage the administration of Medicaid far better without federal overhead. States will have the incentives to seek out and eliminate fraud, waste and abuse to preserve our precious resources.
    7. Remove barriers to entry into free markets for drug providers that offer safe, reliable and cheaper products. Congress will need the courage to step away from the special interests and do what is right for America. Though the pharmaceutical industry is in the private sector, drug companies provide a public service. Allowing consumers access to imported, safe and dependable drugs from overseas will bring more options to consumers.
Well, OK. It wasn't really a plan at all. It was talking points. But he touted it and said it was his plan and the sheeples all went Ohhh and Ahhh because of the first three words in point one. I doubt they read beyond that.

Realistically, he probably didn't write much more of it himself, even if it was just talking points. It's become he isn't much of a thinker.

I also don't think he wrote any of his speeches that he reads from a teleprompter. This is obvious from the immense difference between his teleprompter speeches and his off-the-cuff rants to his sheeples. But he tries to make it look and sound like his own words.

We know he didn't write Art of the Deal. But he uses it to show what a great businessman he is.

But you hang in there...stay proud.

The truth is that healthcare was more affordable in 2008, and even more affordable in the decades previous to that. I can understand why that must be a very hard truth for you to accept, because it refutes everything you on left are attempting to further expand relative to healthcare.

And in case you haven't figured it out yet, we're all dead in the end, no matter what kind of health insurance or healthcare we have. Remember that, and you will be able to think more clearly.
