There was no "prophetic quote" it was a direct representation of the plans arranged by the US Defense Dept. after 9/11. That the plan has taken longer than the original estimate does not disqualify the relevant point, which is that Syria has been on the list of countries set up for regime change by the powers that control the US government for a long time. This is not really news, anyway. The news in the video, which you ignored, was the leaked documents linking Qatar and a defense contractor to Ukranian militants and a plan to provide chemical weapons to the Syrian rebels to be used to frame the Syrian government, which is supported by the evidence at hand.

The same powers that control US/UK/Israel, the NATO policy makers, they are but one hand of the same machine that runs China and Russia. Chinese and Russian opposition to NATO activities is a show. The national governments are a tool of the international corporate class. There is something that the corporate oligarchy needs in Syria OR the whole thing is saber rattling to drive another plan that isn't apparent, yet.
