Yes you have just given an excellent critique of direct democracy and why a Parliamentary Democracy has been so good for us for hundred of years.

Your logic is odd. It’s childlike, you want your way and everybody else who disagrees be damned your going to get it no matter what! Who cares what their views are!

People spoke, they said leave. Case closed.

I’m so going to enjoy watching this exit...even more now....

No the logic is consistent. The people can have a referendum anytime they want. They can have one every day. So if they want another so be it. Lol

Which is exactly what the people seeking out of the EU did, they had one referendum but kept pushing for a second, forty bloody years of whining, then they never want a referendum again!

Yeah let’s have daily ones...that’s the way a functional govt works...

I’m going to assume you have not run or managed much in your life...

No, the way a functional government works is by a representative democracy, not referendum.

Yes let's do that if that is what the people want.

And make this personal.....because you have lost the debate on the facts. Lol

    Will you survive the third?

    Me the fourth?

    You the fifth?

I need to plan my vacations, what are good weeks to go, you know when no votes are going to occur on it...

If you think daily votes equal a fuctional business, group or govt then I’ll let that speak for itself.

    What facts have you presented?

A clear majority of people want a new vote? You have no ideal if that’s true much less facts proving it.

The voters were uninformed two years ago? Conjecture and nothing more by you.

Facts? Lol you have presented none at all that I have seen.

Do you believe in referendum or not? If you believe in them then why do you object to a third but not the second?

If the people want it the people should have it. Government rules under the consent of the governed.

Unless you hate democracy? Do you?

The same dictionary explains the meaning of "manners."

There is a "soft" Brexit that leaves to you tied to the EU without political input in Brussels, arguably a worse outcome than remaining in the EU.
And when they go ahead with their own referendum and two-thirds of them want to stick with the EU instead of a sinking English ship, you're going to keep them by force of arms?
    Only old Brits want Brexit.

You're setting up a fine generational war, especially when the government of a damaged economy cuts services for young people so they can keep the NHS and old folks' pensions in place.

P.S. The Empire is dead. Get over it.

Yes, sadly. I also think Northern Ireland will be gone in ten after more bloodshed.
