Abortion: Its none of your (*)(*)(*)(*) business who gets scraped so leave the poor woman alone, her life is hard enough without you people making it harder. It is not my place or anyone else's to tell any woman what she may or may not do with her body. If she is not prepared or capable of being a mother she should not be. She should have kept her legs closed in the first place that I can agree on. Adoption is an option however not every child is adopted by a loving family and a life as a ward of the state is far worse in my opinion than death. Forcing the mother to take care of the child just leads to mothers who make the news by killing their babies. In the case of Rape or Incest it would be incredibly traumatic to force the victim of such an attack to bear the child of her attacker that would be victimizing her twice and condemning her to a life taking care of her attackers unwanted child or the child a life as a ward of the state. If you have any mercy you must know that sometimes death is a mercy. What is more sad a child dying or one living in his or her own personal hell in a house hold that shows them no love and never wanted them there. The true solution to the abortion problem is education and parental involvement in the lives of their children, but even then bad things still happen. I can never say I am pro-abortion, but I am not fully against it. There would be far less of a birth rate if we dealt with the problems behind youth pregnancy. (I.E. The sexualization of children in media, poverty, parental involvement and education.)

What makes you think most women who get abortions are poor?

The stats actually show the opposite. Most are well educated women making a good salary. They obviously are not very bright from a common sense standpoint though,.

A well educated woman IS a bright, smart woman. I think you are trying to claim that only stupid women have abortions, but it is the opposite - smart woman obtain abortions, as is their right.
