"Is not bring in the promised jobs" << word salad ... and in direct contraddiction to BLS data. Even with the downward revision, millions of new jobs, as promised. IRS revenues ... highest ever. Deficit spending ... Pelosi's doing. To include Pelosi's politburo waiving $300bn in automatic sequestration cuts, enacted by the GOP congress.

What does coal mining have to do with the DNC platform being focused on free tuition? The DNC has no economic message, and thankfully for displaced miners, BLS reports a huge surplus of jobs, despite the revisions in job creation. Your typical tactic is to derail a discussion, and obviously that's your intention. Good luck.

"Minors" eh? Just how many displaced MINERS (strawmen) do you think there are? Here's the BLS report, pay attention to the TABLES ... mining / logging jobs specifically. https://www.bls.gov/opub/mlr/2019/a...s-and-quits-reach-historic-highs-in-2018.html This is why the DNC doesn't have an economic platform, and you don't even have a decent strawman. MINERS are finding jobs, and greenhouse gas emissions are being reduced without demo-commie mandates.

You can keep flogging your strawman #113 :deadhorse: but that coal miner mule doesn't have another mile left in her. The US energy industry is moving away from coal voluntarily. If a couple thousand displaced miners feel betrayed, they certainly can't rely on the DNC to help them. DNCers are astoundingly thick ... "it's the economy stupid".

Did you look at the BLS tables I provided professor? How many job openings for miners does BLS report? Trump can't make the energy producers burn coal, but would you like him to try? BLS reports there are a record number of job openings in many sectors that miners can transition into without government subsidy. RECORD JOB OPENINGS per BLS. You can't spin it, and the DNC isn't so foolish as to even try. You're in a class by yourself.

What's wrong with you? Did you really think that the loss of a few thousand OBSOLETE jobs could counter the record growth of job opportunities? You can't put a negative spin on positive BLS records. The former admin enacted the restrictions that hastened coals decline. Former miners haven't forgotten it, and no DNC candidate is going to rekindle that. Eco SJW's are howling because the DNC won't agree to a debate on AGW. The DNC knows that doubling voters heating bills, and the price of gas at the pump is a big mistake. From trade, to energy and health care, the DNC's economic policies spell disaster.

In coal mining? Think about that.

They are going more and more to automation so while the jobs that remain in coal mining pay very well,, there are fewer and few jobs at an increasing rate. even as coal mining operations shut down.

The ppb is going down for now.. We'll probably see under to $2 a gallon at the pump. There is NO shortage in supply.

Coal is obsolete. However, they can still EXPORT some coal..

Another losing strawman. US coal exports have increased. All fossil fuel exports have. You can't put a negative spin on positive BLS records.

There was no revised economic GDP data. Bureau of Economic Analysis revises quarterly data every month since the initial release. Then they revise once a year for 5 years. 2018 GDP growth is 2.9%.
