Eight of the USA's 10 most-polluted cities, in terms of ozone pollution, are in California. You can't clean up your beaches, you can't fight forest fires, you can't police your borders and you can't build a high speed rail line and pay back the $$$ you defrauded the Federal Gov't out of.

I don't need a cheaper retirement. I have homes in Henderson, NV and Costa Rica already. I will likely get a place in Orange Beach, AL near Florabama and make that my Spring / Fall home, spend Winters in Costa Rica, and Summers in HB. My wife is good with it, so I am cool.

What you think is funny as the state collapses, but I will leave the congestion, lower standard of living, higher taxes, and increased crime rate to people like you that made it happen. Just don't move out and take your failed ideology to pollute other states.

 

Ozone has no connection to flooding. But you must remember that all coastal cities the size of LA and Houston mean lots of waste can spoil the beaches after a major rain event.

 

Good for you and considering your distaste for California I'm sure the adjustment of dew point temps in the 80's all summer will be just fine Many people retire to Palm Springs. What you facing is worse than triple digit desert heat when considering humidity.

 

Perhaps in California, here in Wisconsin, not so much. We aren't very diverse here so our beaches don't match up to yours yet. As we get more diverse, I am sure we will get there.

Spring / Fall in Orange Beach, AL is amazing. Winter in Costa Rica, is also amazing. My wife wants to sell HB and Henderson and buy a big place in Tahoe, Nevada side for Summers and family Winter vacations. Since I grew up skiing Tahoe, it would be a natural event for me. Enjoy the slums you helped create and the misery coming to those left in California. You can celebrate the **** hole environment all you want. You had a hand in it.

Biggest flaw for Democrats is refusing to accept facts. Fact is, more people are now fleeing California than anytime in recent memory. There is a reason for it. Your tent cities, drug laws, lack of protection for citizens, gangs, pollution and Democratic leadership are killing that state.

At the rate taxpayers are fleeing, there will be no one left to tax and a huge population of illegals with a small minority of filthy rich, begging the police for protection or hiring their own protection services.

Just rename it: Commie-fornia.
