Give money to "women most likely to commit violent crime," sexist, why not just snip their man balls off, if that is the problem?
Nothing unusual about rewarding crime, saw the high school had auto shop, was told kid had to be a criminal to qualify for auto shop. Schools can't teach right from wrong, haven't been able to do that since the 70's. So since no school has ever taught me it is wrong to snip their most likely to commit violent crime balls off, I say do that first.

The left is so eager to "help" that they don't understand the disincentive here. Let the criminals shakedown society-what could go wrong?

They have already tried this with the homeless. Now we are the nations top draw for the homeless, and our cities are littered with heroin needles, feces, and the mentally ill.

We should look at how Arizona does things.

Tents in the desert and bologna sandwiches.

Which if implemented on a national scale would result in numerous human rights accusations and inhumane treatment accusations and would more than likely fail.

For the record I am perfectly fine with Maricopa County's jails. But I am honestly amazed that they are still allowed to do that in Arizona. I would have figured they would have been forced to overhaul that system by now. I'd support that on a national scale, but I highly doubt such a proposition would get very far.

There are numerous human rights accusations here now.

Here is how the left handles it in california. Even the "reforms" were only to cut the number of inmates-not the costs.

And then they let em out to commit crime again.

    Crime has risen here.

Private prisons are far more efficient, but the left here opposed it because one of its pet unions was the state prison guards union.

Wonder if that will change with the recent SCOTUS ruling against public sector unions.

Clinton tried this years ago with his midnight basketball league. This idea was first proposed by H.W. Bush. It was somewhat successful in it's early years, but just look at Chicago, Baltimore, St. Louis, Detroit and New Orleans. It can't compete with gansta rap.

LOL...offering would be criminals money to not commit crimes??

Every one of them will take the free handouts, and still commit crimes....because that's what criminals do.

By the way, hows the infrastructure out there? Must be driving on golden bridges and roads eh? The way money gets wasted out there, it must be infrastructure utopia.
