No, they still are reviewed and the original voter the the ballot was issued to will be contacted. And, you can't show one instance where that was done.

That's because instead of being criminalized, 'mistakes were made'. Democrats are favored by the media, by the public and therefore won't be judged as harshly for even similar behaviors to their Republican counterparts. The riots are an excellent example of that. The Portland Courthouse was met with a 'please stop that'. The events of 1/6? Comparable to Pearl Harbor and 9/11 ROFL.

Two-tier justice system. We know that's what we're living in.

Objectively, that is a false statement. Rudy and Sidney already tried the same antics and have been sanctioned by their peers. There is nothing, objectively, wrong with holding lawyers accountable for their official behavior. It is also a prime reason that the Orange Stain lost 60+ election lawsuits: the attorneys involved, with a few exceptions, realized that they were in jeopardy of making false representations to a judge in court. Objectively, the felons in the Republican Party currently outnumber the Dems by a vast quantity. The Orange Stain even employed 7 of them that we know about. Objectively.

How does a “ballot harvester” determine which closed, sealed envelopes are “Republican ballots”?

Remind me. Sec of State used to sell voter lists by zip code that included party preference. It’s been some time. I’ll check.

Back in the 70’s it was the same but less sophisticated, but you had address, phone #, and party affiliation. You don’t send people out on random walks.

Ballot harvesters use these lists, too.
